The Jungle Zoo

Great little zoo. Good selection of animals. We especially enjoyed the Tortoise and the iguana. Worth every penny of the £9.60 entrance fee (for two adults and two kids under 3).

Very family friendly. Staff very friendly and approachable. I asked them questions about some of the animals. They were eager to answer where they came from. How long they have been there. You can actually see some wandering around and can have contact. Wonderful cannot wait to go again.

It's a small place but there is enough here to entertain the kids for an hour or so. It's well laid out and the free roaming turtle and iguana are great! Kids loved it. Good way to spend a morning.

Very small, all animals in small areas. The best thing about the zoo was Rhino the iguana. He was out of his cage meeting people. Need to pay a pound an hour for parking. But it will only take an hour to get around. No toilets at the zoo, public toilets about 50yards from entrance to the zoo. Can leave and come back if needing to use toilets.

Lovely place. Not huge distance to walk around but still loads to see. So found it great place to visit with parents who have difficulty walking. Varied animals to see. Def worth a visit and worth enterance few. Will visit again

It's small as people say but perfect for my 16 month old who loved walking around and looking at the animals. There are quite a few animals ranging from reptiles, birds and monkeys and well worth a look, it takes between 1-2 hours (with a small child) and as of our visit in April 2017 they did not accept card so make sure you bring some cash for the entrance fee

Good but outdoor exhibits are well worn and in serious need of refurbishment. I'm also worried about the welfare of some of the animals that they brought from Elsham Hall as they seem to have mental health problems.

Little jem of a place. Best fiver I've ever spent. We will return soon!

It's an ok place for children to visit, however, there's not much variation and it's often the same animals that stay around.

You can see a few animals roam freely (mostly an Iguana named Rhino and a turtle who enjoys being lazy) but it's good if you want to go to a zoo without travelling long distances to see animals.
