A nice 3rd place in Ballroom at the ProAm Champions Blackpool event. A huge thanks to my partner Nikita Rose for putting up with me. Thanks to Dance With Crystals for the top pocket handkerchief, didn't we look the business. 😊

We were both finalists and winners at the recent ProAm champions competition at Blackpools fabulous Winter Gardens. A big thank you to our partners, trainers and coaches for all you do. Another super event run by Nicholas Miles and his team thank you all so much.

A little different to our usuall dance related excercise but still a great way to keep fit and learn self defence. Special Ladies self defence classes can be arranged call us for more details.

Really enjoyed learning to dance , it was so much fun , will definitely be there next week ,and if I can do it at 66 anybody can

My 3 yr old daughter is loving the disco diva's dance class. She is gaining confidence each week she goes and loves to show off her new moves at home. There is a good mixture of songs to dance to, some she knows and new ones to learn too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, relaxed dance class for their pre-schooler. The free coffee and cake is an added bonus too! �

My 1st ever ballroom dance class so was a bit nervous. Sharon, Jo and Cameron totally put us at ease. Was lots of fun, will def be back next week x

I thoroughly enjoyed my lesson then to follow on with a terrific fit steps class. What more could a girl want? Thank you so much you were tremendous.

Been to my first fit steps absolutely enjoyed every minute of learning dance moves xx
