Wow what a meal last night 20+ of us all had platter last night and it was perfection, steak, ribs, chicken, gammon plus tons of chips, onion rings and sauces massive credit to chef can't wait to come back
We were recommended the King Billy by Malcolm at Foxcroft B&B. It did not disappoint. My husband and I were made very welcome, along with our hound. We both ordered a 400g steak, medium rare, with peppercorn and chilli cheese sauce. The steak was accompanied by onion rings, chips and a side salad. This just about filled us, and we would have left it there had it not been my birthday, which led us to share a Baileys cheesecake too. All in all a fantastic feed. Shame they are not open on Mondays too as we booked an extra night at the B&B!
We were here last night for "the last supper" of our holibobs. Can't fault this place or the staff, highly recommend �
We visited the King Billy last Saturday for our Gran’s 80th birthday there was 21 of us & we all really enjoyed ourselves. The service was excellent & the food was gorgeous we were all very happy with the whole experience. Thank you very much for a lovely evening xx
We enjoyed a fantastic meal at King-Billy tonight! We both love our steaks, but the steaks tonight are literally the best we’ve ever had! Medium/Rare, cooked to perfection! Thank you for a lovely meal!
We booked last minute after an excellent day out. This was the icing in the cake. There were 14 of us, 7 adults and 7 children. The meals were all served at the same time and they couldn't be faulted. We will certainly be back.
Unanimous decision we all thought that the steak we had was amazing! We are here from Australia and the steak was better than any we've had so far, apparently South African, 😍 A huge meal, we ordered extras and could not fit them in do desert was a no go unfortunately.

Travelled from barrow a couple of weeks ago, food and service was brilliant. Not even a steak lover (so had the destroyed steak �) and it tasted amazing! Chef came out and spoke to us as we left, asked us how the food was- which is always a nice touch. Cannot wait to come back next week!
My two sons and I had an amazing meal tonight. The lads had steak and ribs and I had steak and we are in agreement it was cooked to perfection. Well worth the drive over from Whitehaven
Loved King Billys tonight. Had the 300g steak with prawn skewer� tasted amazing. Garlic mushroom starter and profiterole desert. I'm stuffed to say the least. Definitly recommended.��
Heard a lot of very good reviews about this place so decided to try it for myself with my family, the place was warm, cosy and welcoming. Then came the food, FIT FOR A KING, the steak was beautiful and the home made chips just finished it off. Even the kids cleared their plates. Then out of being sheer greedy I had a pudding, the sticky toffee pudding with icecream was out of this world. Now sat at home, stuffed top button open. Definitely going again and would recommend to anyone. Thankyou.

Food excellent again. Friendly and helpful staff. What’s not to like. Highly recommend if you like steak, gammon, prawns, chicken 🍗 it’s meatastic!
First visit to Killy Billy's but certainly not the last . Lived up to the billing . Food was exceptional and the service equally as good . If you like big juicy steaks give it visit . Top class

Absolutely brilliant. Second time there and it hasn't disappointed me. The food is great, service is awesome and the portions are massive. Will be back again soon
