Wonderful friendly atmosphere, fantastic food and Aspalls on draft, what more can I say, highly recommended.

Very nice accommodating staff, the lunch menu is small, but the quality is high and the price low. Clean and tidy, with a cosy atmosphere and nice beer gardens.

Another lovely lunch in the sunny pub garden. Great staff and great food!

Fast service, very good food(had the rustic ham, egg & chips), the price of a pint £3.65. Recommend if you find yourself mistakenly booked in to the Travelodge(if you're walking to the pub from the hotel, cross the road opposite and go through the hedge, you'll find a nice safe footpath there)

Beer was fresh and cold. Bar man was very Curt and slightly rude.
