It's a great place after a long walk for a meal and a drink or two, we call hear often on are travels

Went yesterday,4 adults and 2 children,from the moment we arrived all was lovely,fab log fire burning,greeted nicely by the young lady and taken to our table,all adults had different meat for the Sunday lunch,it was served on a huge platter along with super Yorke puds,roasts stuffing etc,then came so much veg,l must say the cauliflower cheese was amazing,we are all good eaters and there was loads,and all of it served and cooked beautifully, not all of us had puds as we were so full but the ones we had were lovely

Had a lovely meal here with my Mum! Delicious and fresh food with a good amount to choose from. The individuality of the pub and restaurant really gave it a good personal touch. The Landlady was very friendly and informative! Thank you 😊

Went to this restaurant with friends on the last night of our holiday a couple of weeks ago. The starters were delicious and they even served a small portion of the risotto main course for one of the group. I chose a sirloin steak as did my husband, both were cooked perfectly - his medium rare and mine rare and all accompaniments were excellent. Two others had rumps steaks cooked well done (heathens!) and both said they were perfect. One friend had wonderful looking rolled lamb breast, slow cooked to get rid of the fat served with vegetables and mash, she enjoyed it so much she had almost finished it before the rest of us were only half way through. Her husband had fabulous looking braised brisket which I was tempted with but unable to have because of a food allergy, he enjoyed every mouthful and could barely finish it. None of us could manage a pud despite being tempted by the menu. They had an excellent choice of coffee and even provided jasmine tea for me. Very good and attentive service and our only regret was that it was our last night so couldn't return for another meal.
I heartily recommend this restaurant and will definitely return if we are in the area.

Fantastic Sunday lunches. Came one Sunday and now can't keep away. Only problem is it takes over an hour from home. Would highly recommend.

This was the best place to be on our weekend away. The staff are Devine just to die for so funny too. We going back again the food was out of this world. We were laughing all the way home .

Lovely place! Beautiful thatched building, very charming and full of character. We enjoyed a huge meal, gammon for the husband and gluten free fish and chips for me. The gluten free batter was crisp and tasty - exactly how It should be. The chef came out to see if I enjoyed my meal and what I thought of the batter which I thought was lovely. She said nothing was too much trouble, she could do onion rings if I fancied steak and the roasts on Sunday could including gluten free Yorkshire and stuffing! We will 100% be back. Would recommend to anyone

Incredible service, friendly atmosphere, with out doubt the best meal out in Lincolnshire. Every different meal that came out of the kitchen looked and tasted fantastic. A must for all foodies in the area.

Absolutely amazing place, the homemade food was simply Devine.
The best food I have honestly ever had.
Order the pint of prawns, mezze or chilli spaghetti and you cannot go wrong :-) very happy customer, will be back tomorrow to try the carvery. Thank you, Jessica.
