Arthur represented KSG on Tuesday 11th June at the IAPS Junior Golf National Championships. In testing conditions with driving rain, Arthur carried his clubs and Kings umbrella for 18 holes and managed 22 points which was better than his handicap (35).
Arthur had to ‘dig deep’ as the wet conditions saw his driver come out of his hands on the 7th tee and get stuck high in a tree. He carried on the rest of the round using his 5 wood as his longest club!
‘Now I have a taste for ...it and have seen some fantastic golfers, also aged 11, I want to get better’, said Arthur after his round. Well done Arthur!

Four of our Year 6 boys participated in the IAPS National Tennis Championships held at Rugby School on the 25th and 26th May. The boys played extremely well with Harrison ranking 8th and Arthur gaining 10th position in the U11 Boys A team rankings.
