Ok so here it is......... I am having a break from making cakes, not sure for how long just need to sort myself out. I’m NOT stopping, just having a break. As for the school... this will be continuing but I am bringing it all back home so will be suspending all classes until the move is completed. My kitchen at home is still fully registered so nothing changes but the location! My wonderful hubby has carried us both for the past four years and I need to help him in supporting the both of us. I can’t not do this in my current location. Yes I’m a little upset to give up my unit but I’m still doing something I love as well as working to ensure we can enjoy life rather than just living it. ❤️💕❤️💕

Come along and learn to make beautiful delicate roses and filler flowers with flower paste. The above picture is a students work. She had never made these before! You don’t need any previous experience in making flowers or cake decorating. They make a beautiful forever gift for someone special.

Today’s Parent Child Cake Class. Chocolate drip cake. Didn’t they all do so well! (Permission was given to use photos)

In this class you will learn how to:
- make a non spread biscuits - how to roll out and cut your dough - how to file your biscuits... - how to flood ice your biscuits - how to stencil a picture - how to paint your biscuits - then how to pipe a bead border
You do not need to have any previous experience to join this class.
You will be taught in an air conditioned room (if needed) and will be a small class of four people.
Tea and coffee is provided throughout the day.

I have had 2 cakes made by Sam now and they have both been lovely.

I make a good sponge myself but don't do the decorating part so was very fussy on how the sponge would be. I was so, so pleased with both cakes. The sponge was lovely and moist and just a perfect amount of jam filling. The actual cake decorating is superb.
