Went for breakfast yesterday morning. Only 2 women serving who were very busy. I had to ask for little plates and mugs to be brought out but apart from that it wad very good.

8.99 for adults and kids under 16 eat free with every paying adult. Cereal, toast white, brown and granary, croissants and Danish pastries, muffins, tea coffee and juices, and then your full English. As much as you like. 3 sausage 3 bacon 2 eggs 2 hash browns mushrooms 2 half grilled tomatoes beans 2 black pudding and 2 toast for me today. Very nice too. ���� would definitely recommend it.

We were here to take my grand kids to Drayton Manor as it was my grand sons 5th birthday on the Sunday. We happened to mention this to the ladies on reception. When we got back from our day out they had left a birthday card, a goodie bag and a little present on the bed for him which we thought was a lovely gesture. All the staff from the receptionists to the restaurant staff couldn't have been any nicer. The food was fab too. Would definitely reccomend and come back again. X x

Stayed at the adjoining Premier Inn, so had dinner and breakfast here. Both excellent, both for food and service. The staff went the extra mile, especially with the children, and were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I enjoyed a superb meal here with my mom the other week. The food was amazing we both had the cod and chips. And the lady that served us was the most polite server I've ever had while eating out. Will definitely eat here again.

Have just had a marvellous lunchtime experience, we didn't book in advance. They fitted us in no problem and the service was the best I have had anywhere in ages, thank you so much to our waitress Sophie for being so helpful. The food was excellent too.

Had a meal here tonight I've not been here for ages I was very surprised the rib eye steak was the best I've had for a long time � service was great especially Jenny our waitress , food was nice and hot and to top it of we had a voucher will definitely come again �

Came in to your restaurant today and was very impressed with the young lady that served us. Her name was Sophie and she was extremely polite and made sure we had plenty to drink in the warm weather. Our daughter went over to give her a tip and say thank you for looking for us and she came over to say thank you. She is a great asset to your restaurant �

Very disappointed. As we had a discount voucher we thought we would give them a 2nd chance as was only average first time we went a couple of months ago. Service was very slow. Considering there were not many people in there still had to queue at the bar. The one meal should have had some salad with it and the chicken was over done and burnt. They also had the chips the wrong way round and we had to wait ages for a plate to swap them over. No one collected our plates afterwards and at no time, even when we payed the bill, did anyone ask if we had enjoyed our meal. Even though we have more vouchers won't be going back again.

We asked for refills on our Pepsi, then after a further 20 mins of waiting (having asked 2 members of staff), my husband went to the bar to get them himself. We wouldn’t have minded had the restaurant been busy however it was very quiet with 4 members of staff waiting on tables.



Shockingly slow, very poor service.

Our experience was good up until the point where we were told that my husbands steak could only be cooked at a minimum of medium (he had ordered rare) 2 minutes later our meals came out. So quite obviously they’d just overlooked it. Food was good and our waiter had been attentive up until this point but he went off for a break and then it went downhill. Plates took a while to be cleared, dessert menus were given, took ages for dessert order to be taken and then we had to ask for our desserts as again it had taken a long time. Our waiter appeared again but seemed to have gone off the boil compared to in the beginning.

Worked a very long day and needed food, 45 min wait for soup served cold inform the staff straight in the microwave and served again, I returned it and said no thanks. Main course haddock chips and mushy peas by this time I am starving guess what served cold. Asked if I require something else if they can’t get soup correct not much hope. Manager explains they have a new chef I explain that is not my problem and good job you have a microwave. Asked for my money back and settled for a meal deal from Sainsburys. We told the young man who was serving, he apologised and agreed that it was disgusting yet nothing was done about it whilst we were there.We also noticed on arrival a dirty used cloth sat on a shelf, a bottle top on the floor, it really was dirty everywhere, one family of four walked out without ordering. The service was slow, slow to take orders, slow to collect dirty plates and ask if we want dessert, slow to bring out dessert, slow to get our bill. The main meals were good and we enjoyed them but the limoncello trifle was awful, a bit of sponge soaked in lemon, pouring custard which hadn't even set topped up with cream and a bit of meringue, the cream didn't taste like fresh cream, maybe it was squirty cream?Basically it was a load of runny custard and cream. Also we didn't realise until we were almost home that the lad taking our payment didn't give us our rewards card back, it is too far for us to go back and collect it too so now we don't even have that. Very disappointing all round

Try to give this place one more chance but got there to find reservation cancelled when I had rung up earlier to move time back by half an hour. We were told we were classes as a no show. It then took 20 minutes to get served a further 10 to get our drinks (others going to bar themselves as quicker) then when ordering told only 1 left of item we wanted and it was only 6.30. After 15 minutes of ordering the waitress came back to my husband and said he couldn’t have his steak rare as was smoked before delivered, think waitresses need to say this when ordering. When meals arrived steaks were tough when supposed to be medium rare and then the chicken and chirizo skewer was burnt to a crisp ! We had a voucher but were told can’t use any on a Saturday as restaurant policy so we searched the T&Cs to find we could use it so god knows how many were turned away from using vouchers without checking - won’t be back !!!!

Unfortunately this Sunday 11th feb 2018, we had booked a table for 6 for 12pm. We arrived at 12 to be told the table isn't yet ready. We went to sit in the bar area to wait. We were a little set back as 12pm is the first lunch time sitting, but thought little of this minor thing.



Roll on 25 mins and we are still sitting waiting and yet I notice new arrivals being show to tables! I went over and asked if our table was ready and they showed us to out seats... a little discourtious and unprofessional to seat new arrivals whilst we were now 25 mins after our reservation in an empty restaurant.



5 mins later the manager comes to take our drinks order, now this fella is a nice chap and has helped us out in the past when we have had indifferent experiences.



10 mins later and now with others being seated and given drinks, our drinks arrive... 3 diet cokes and blackcurrant squash for the kids, an orange juice and lemonade with lime for my partner and I.



Before the waitress could scurry off, I asked if we could order as it was now almost 45 mins after our reservation time.



3 chicken dinners and 3 beef dinners ordered... remember we were the first dinning session.



5 mins later the waitress comes back to inform us they have no chicken and will a duck leg do instead!



So let me get this right... 50 minutes on, the first Sunday lunch sitting and you only have 50% of the available options, which you should have informed us of this when we arrived. Given that 2 of us do not like red meat, we had no choice but to leave, annoyed, hungry and disappointed.



As it was a Sunday, we tried with no success to get in somewhere else and ended up in Sainsbury's cafe for our Sunday dinner!



A very disappointing time and even when I mentioned it to the waitress about how long we have waited and only now being told there is no chicken, there was no real acknowledgement and no apology.



I best stick to the £5 lunch menu in future, then we won't have 4 hungry grouchy kids and 2 very annoyed adults.

So let me get this right... 50 minutes on, the first Sunday lunch sitting and you only have 50% of the available options, which you should have informed us of this when we arrived. Given that 2 of us do not like red meat, we had no choice but to leave, annoyed, hungry and disappointed.



As it was a Sunday, we tried with no success to get in somewhere else and ended up in Sainsbury's cafe for our Sunday dinner!



A very disappointing time and even when I mentioned it to the waitress about how long we have waited and only now being told there is no chicken, there was no real acknowledgement and no apology.



I best stick to the £5 lunch menu in future, then we won't have 4 hungry grouchy kids and 2 very annoyed adults.

Went for breakfast yesterday morning. Only 2 women serving who were very busy. I had to ask for little plates and mugs to be brought out but apart from that it wad very good.

8.99 for adults and kids under 16 eat free with every paying adult. Cereal, toast white, brown and granary, croissants and Danish pastries, muffins, tea coffee and juices, and then your full English. As much as you like. 3 sausage 3 bacon 2 eggs 2 hash browns mushrooms 2 half grilled tomatoes beans 2 black pudding and 2 toast for me today. Very nice too. ���� would definitely recommend it.

We were here to take my grand kids to Drayton Manor as it was my grand sons 5th birthday on the Sunday. We happened to mention this to the ladies on reception. When we got back from our day out they had left a birthday card, a goodie bag and a little present on the bed for him which we thought was a lovely gesture. All the staff from the receptionists to the restaurant staff couldn't have been any nicer. The food was fab too. Would definitely reccomend and come back again. X x

Stayed at the adjoining Premier Inn, so had dinner and breakfast here. Both excellent, both for food and service. The staff went the extra mile, especially with the children, and were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I enjoyed a superb meal here with my mom the other week. The food was amazing we both had the cod and chips. And the lady that served us was the most polite server I've ever had while eating out. Will definitely eat here again.

Have just had a marvellous lunchtime experience, we didn't book in advance. They fitted us in no problem and the service was the best I have had anywhere in ages, thank you so much to our waitress Sophie for being so helpful. The food was excellent too.

Had a meal here tonight I've not been here for ages I was very surprised the rib eye steak was the best I've had for a long time � service was great especially Jenny our waitress , food was nice and hot and to top it of we had a voucher will definitely come again �

Came in to your restaurant today and was very impressed with the young lady that served us. Her name was Sophie and she was extremely polite and made sure we had plenty to drink in the warm weather. Our daughter went over to give her a tip and say thank you for looking for us and she came over to say thank you. She is a great asset to your restaurant �

Very disappointed. As we had a discount voucher we thought we would give them a 2nd chance as was only average first time we went a couple of months ago. Service was very slow. Considering there were not many people in there still had to queue at the bar. The one meal should have had some salad with it and the chicken was over done and burnt. They also had the chips the wrong way round and we had to wait ages for a plate to swap them over. No one collected our plates afterwards and at no time, even when we payed the bill, did anyone ask if we had enjoyed our meal. Even though we have more vouchers won't be going back again.

We visited the restaurant today as a family of 5. Had to wait over 20 mins just for drinks! Food was a further wait; even missed our son’s meal.

We asked for refills on our Pepsi, then after a further 20 mins of waiting (having asked 2 members of staff), my husband went to the bar to get them himself. We wouldn’t have minded had the restaurant been busy however it was very quiet with 4 members of staff waiting on tables.



Shockingly slow, very poor service.

Our experience was good up until the point where we were told that my husbands steak could only be cooked at a minimum of medium (he had ordered rare) 2 minutes later our meals came out. So quite obviously they’d just overlooked it. Food was good and our waiter had been attentive up until this point but he went off for a break and then it went downhill. Plates took a while to be cleared, dessert menus were given, took ages for dessert order to be taken and then we had to ask for our desserts as again it had taken a long time. Our waiter appeared again but seemed to have gone off the boil compared to in the beginning.

Worked a very long day and needed food, 45 min wait for soup served cold inform the staff straight in the microwave and served again, I returned it and said no thanks. Main course haddock chips and mushy peas by this time I am starving guess what served cold. Asked if I require something else if they can’t get soup correct not much hope. What has happened to this place? We visited today and we were the first in as they opened their doors for lunch, the carpets were filthy, we had to watch where we put our feet as there were lots of food dropped from breakfast, the next table was even worse, why doesn't anyone vacuum before they open the doors? We told the young man who was serving, he apologised and agreed that it was disgusting yet nothing was done about it whilst we were there.We also noticed on arrival a dirty used cloth sat on a shelf, a bottle top on the floor, it really was dirty everywhere, one family of four walked out without ordering. The service was slow, slow to take orders, slow to collect dirty plates and ask if we want dessert, slow to bring out dessert, slow to get our bill. The main meals were good and we enjoyed them but the limoncello trifle was awful, a bit of sponge soaked in lemon, pouring custard which hadn't even set topped up with cream and a bit of meringue, the cream didn't taste like fresh cream, maybe it was squirty cream?Basically it was a load of runny custard and cream. Also we didn't realise until we were almost home that the lad taking our payment didn't give us our rewards card back, it is too far for us to go back and collect it too so now we don't even have that. Very disappointing all round

Try to give this place one more chance but got there to find reservation cancelled when I had rung up earlier to move time back by half an hour. We were told we were classes as a no show. It then took 20 minutes to get served a further 10 to get our drinks (others going to bar themselves as quicker) then when ordering told only 1 left of item we wanted and it was only 6.30. After 15 minutes of ordering the waitress came back to my husband and said he couldn’t have his steak rare as was smoked before delivered, think waitresses need to say this when ordering. When meals arrived steaks were tough when supposed to be medium rare and then the chicken and chirizo skewer was burnt to a crisp ! We had a voucher but were told can’t use any on a Saturday as restaurant policy so we searched the T&Cs to find we could use it so god knows how many were turned away from using vouchers without checking - won’t be back !!!!

I went over and asked if our table was ready and they showed us to out seats... a little discourtious and unprofessional to seat new arrivals whilst we were now 25 mins after our reservation in an empty restaurant.



5 mins later the manager comes to take our drinks order, now this fella is a nice chap and has helped us out in the past when we have had indifferent experiences.



10 mins later and now with others being seated and given drinks, our drinks arrive... 3 diet cokes and blackcurrant squash for the kids, an orange juice and lemonade with lime for my partner and I.



Before the waitress could scurry off, I asked if we could order as it was now almost 45 mins after our reservation time.
