The Ladz Peterborough

Went there today for the first time to dine! Well what can I say, I actually loved the freshness and the cleanliness of the food, the whole ambience is very modern and chic..well presented staff,simple yet satisfying menu and food is delicious(literally is) , we ordered lamb chops, wraps, and half chicken with rice, ordered a kiddie meal for my fussy 2 years old which he actually enjoyed and that’s a rare so I would highly recommend the place.. lovely food justifies the long queue that they get on busy hours ��

Very delicious food, excellent customer service everyone was so friendly and had a sense of humour, very good music playing.. I really liked the setting and hygiene it smelled very nice and everything was very clean. Recommend this to everyone that goes town it’s a very popular HALAL restaurant.



There’s only one thing that I didn’t like which was the food took awhile to be ready but I will rate this 5 STAR BEST RESTAURANT EVER!

This place is amazing for food, always cooked to the highest quality and the service is always outstanding!! Alhamdolillah I've we've eaten here around 7/8 times already as I'm more than happy to spend my hard earnt money where the reception and atmosphere is always top notch Masha'Allah!! Keep up the great work guys and may Allah bless you with a fruitful and rewarding business

The service was really good. Staff was very friendly. The place was clean, had a nice decoration. The food was delicious and very quick to being served. Definitely a place to go back to!!

One of the nicest places to eat in terms of fixtures and fittings in Peterborough but that is not difficult considering some of those places on Lincoln Road. Atmosphere is good. My son had a chicken box meal. The chicken fillet was pretty flat but nicely presented. I had a beef burger and mash. Burger was dry, I probably would not order this again. Burgers at the Gourmet Bus are much nicer. But all in all you've got your halal Nando's that Peterborough desperately needs. The girl on the tills is lovely, makes you feel very welcome. A few tweaks with the burgers and you've got a fabulous place, but you must give a new business the second chance they deserve. �

Went for the first time with family! We ordered a wings platter, it came in 2 separate plates (not really what a platter is meant to look like). However food came in the right quantity as described, the service is poor, the staff seem a bit lost. When the food came we literally had to forcefully eat the chicken wings because we was hungry, it was too sour as if it was made with only lemon juice! My daughter couldn’t have any of it, chips were fine but the sauce is too sour had to wipe the sauce off as much as we could. Overall price is ok, I definitely wouldn’t say it’s with any comparison to Nando’s, still has a long way. Also on a platter some sort of salad would look better and make the meal better.

The food was nice.... service was rubbish. Went in with hubby and kids, requested to be seated in booth and got declined because its for families ( hubby+wife+kids=?!?!)....exactly 5 mins later 2 young lads are seated there. Happened again a few days later....all whilst there were over six empty tables......messaged and waited a week for a response, messages got ignored, went in again because a family member took me and asked for the manager.....only to be told a load of nonsense...Marketing company runs facebook page....yeh right! Oh and i was told maybe the waiter knows the lads so seated them there. Lamest excuses.... inconsistent service throughout.....shame they don't know how to keep customers.

Food was good but service is rubbish. We called in advance for a large group but despite this when we got to the venue they hadn’t reserved seating and instead split our group over 3 different tables. There was space to join up the tables but because they had sporadically placed the other customers it would have been inconvenient to others so we let it be. While we were there they did the same to another group that came in (split the family over a number of tables who then took it upon themselves to rearrange the tables and relocate). There was only one high chair being used by another customer so we had to place kids in our laps. Lamb burgers came out labelled beef burgers. There was no jugs for water and we weren’t given enough glasses for our group with the drinks and had to ask for more. There also wasn’t enough cutlery and we had to wait a while after our food had arrived for the cutlery. But the best but was when a waiter decided to give away one of our tables to arriving customers before we had finished and despite there being food and belongings (bags, jackets) around the table while some of us were at the toilets.

Food was good and the price is worth it but I’d say get a takeout. The service has a long way to go.
