We’ve counted four pairs of nesting swans across the farm so far. This is Middle Pond. Here I caught a few of the cobs out collecting food for the soon to be mamas!

At The Lake House at Langford Court, we care for our visitors the same way we care for our friends and family. With everything going on re: the Coronovirus, we are worried and we know you must be too. We are monitoring the situation and doing our best to minimise all potential risks of cross contamination so that you can relax and enjoy your break away.
For those of you coming in the next few weeks/months ahead, we are here to welcome you to your much needed retreat. Remember..., we aren't a park, we aren't a hotel... we are a single small cabin, an oasis among 300 acres. Our deer still roam, our owls still hoot, our chickens still lay, and our fish still bite... you won't be bored or go hungry here.
Bookings have actually gone a little crazy with the increase in 'staycations,' as holiday breaks abroad are cancelled. I just wanted to reassure you that I am being extra vigilant with deep cleaning the cabin in between guests. It is only myself and husband who manage and clean the cabin.

My parents have a lake house in Georgia, and we were lucky to spend 3 weeks with them over the Christmas holidays. We returned home yesterday but sure do miss my folks and nana already!!
