The Lakeland Climbing Centre

Please be aware that on Monday 1st of July we have a large school group under instruction in the centre and therefore areas such as the main hall and loft will be very busy between 10am and 3.30pm. Perhaps the weather will be awesome and you (all our lovely regulars) will be outside on real rock! And don't forget that due to the group instruction on Monday 1st of July, setting will take place in the Loft on Tuesday 2nd of July.

The psyche is high for lots of fresh stuff in the loft! The pièce de résistance is the brand new green circuit, featuring the shiny new @xcultclimbing holds! It doesn't stop there however, with a full circuit set in Yellow and Murple, and a fresh new back wall change courtesy of @anna_taylor_98, @callum.j.amos, @dynojoey, and @ren_boe the 🐋! Please be aware our next route setting day at the centre is Monday 29th of April. We will be setting on the 12 metre walls in the main hall. Other areas in the main hall will be available but obviously there will be noise and disruption in the main hall throughout the day until about 6pm.

After a busy week of route setting for the @teambmc youth competition series last Saturday there are 20 new routes to get stuck into! IMPORTANT NOTICE about Monday 18th March. There will be a FULL CLOSURE of the Petzl main hall for route setting until about 6pm. Obviously all our bouldering and the Chamber will be open a s usual.
