The Lancers is now on the market for sale! If you are interested in runnng a sweet little B&B or buying it as a family home, get in touch with one of our two estate agents.

We have a new evening meal menu. As before all fresh, nothing from the freezer, but now there's more choice. If any of you would like to see it, please let me know.

This year our occupancy rate is higher than last year in spite of the recession, I wonder why. Any ideas?

The spare room, maybe to be converted into a single room for the B&B, as it is a 4ft bed. Or a last minute emergency double for a couple who have called round every other b&b in town?

Wow, this is the dressed salmon Sankeys did for our garden buffet. We insisted on no eyes or jaws.

Talking of blusters, those blooming volcano clouds aren't so convenient either. I dunno ... nature!!

Ruminating on how irritating the blusters were yesterday, never knew wind could be such a pain (blew over a lot of the glasses at our garden buffet)
