The Landlord's Assistant was set up to make the daily hindrance of renting out a property you own as simple, painless and profitable as possible. We work alongside lettings agents and Landlords, making the management of their properties evaporate. The company works on a no commission or fee basis.

The simple way we carry out or service is by renting a property from a landlord the same way as an agent would on a manager's agreement, we then decorate and make sure the house is fitted with fire doors throughout also fitting a fire alarm system.

Finally, we fully furnish the house (free of charge) we will then seek out professional tenants to move into the property after qualifying and passing our application process. Once the property has been fully occupied we will ensure all maintenance, cleaning, rent collection and tenant discrepancies are taking care of by our team of professionals.
