User

Wow what a fantastic place, I can't believe we left it so long to visit especially as this gem is right on our doorstep!

We had a fantastic breakfast, so tasty, hot and arrived after only a short time. The hot chocolate is to die for!

The staff are so lovely, they were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. They are all so enthusiastic and are obviously very proud of this unique eatery.

The cafe is beautifully situated with lovely views, we felt like we were on holiday, not just down the road from home!

We will definitely be returning especially as l want to try the pie and mash, can't wait to visit again.

User

Top notch breakfast!

Everything was cooked to perfection and washed down with great fresh coffee.

Great service with a friendly atmosphere.

Highly recommended.

Today we visited the cafe, whilst the pottery workshop was on. We enjoyed tea and fabulous cake before taking part in the activities. My daughter really enjoyed the crafting (provided by Mee Mee’s Pottery Creations). Kate was so welcoming and very attentive to all the visitors to the cafe. A super event and wonderfully local too.

This is a hidden gem serving fantastic fresh food. We went for breakfast this morning and it was superb. The best sausages and breakfasts, good coffee, friendly service and a butchery with a great selection of meat (including the amazing sausages served for breakfast), as well as marinated olives and cheese in the Open Air Foods shop. Highly recommend.

User

The food was fresh and amazing lovely staff and topped of with a nice bit of cake will b going back

User

User

Such a fantastic little spot with delicious food. All the meat is sourced from their farm and where available veggies and fruit too. Delicious homemade cakes and even fruit cordial is made by Helen! Gorgeous people and we are thrilled they are extending their opening hours. 5 stars.

User

Nice food, friendly staff.

I try to go there every Friday as an end of week treat.

User

Having just moved to Buckingham it was suggested that we went. Wow what a fantastic place. Such friendly staff. Such fantastic food. Looking forward to the Father's Day Bar B que. Hint hint !!.

User

Had lunch today with two friends. The food was really tasty and the lady serving was really nice and helpful. Very reasonable price. Lovely experience. Will definitely be going back.

User

Had a lovely lunch. Ordered a toasted sandwich which came with a plateful! Lovely salad with fresh, looked like homemade coleslaw and tasty potatoes and crisps. Service was brilliant and staff very friendly. Would definately return

User

Great people, lovely food and a cheese shop and butchers on site which...helped to lighten the wallet. Saw the sign by the roundabout as I was looking for a late lunch and didn't fancy a generic coffee shop.

User

Friendly, welcolming staff. Tasty, freshly prepared food. We will definitely be visiting this hidden gem again.

User

First visit yesterday for breakfast, will definitely be returning. Simple, eloquent, good quality food with great service 5/5!

User

First visit but definatly not the last! Lovely warm welcome and delicious food. Highly recommend The Larder Cafe. Thank you from Tigs and Rob

User

Excellent food and service. Very welcoming and lovely atmosphere. My kids loved wrapping up in the blankets to have their breakfast. Definitely be coming back again.

User

Came across this place purely by accident as I saw the sign for the cafe ad I drove into Buckingham to see my mum. Decided to take mum there rather than a generic coffee shop, and so so pleased I did.

We were welcome so warmly, and offered a choice of seats inside or on a covered terrace and offers blankets for our legs if we got cold in the winter sunshine :)

Quickly offered a choice a drink and handed a menu, ordered the coffee came out first and the food came out quickly after, piping hot breakfast baps, with the softest buns I've tasted in ages!!!

We were asked several times if everything was OK, and made to feel like locals and regulars. It was so friendly, and we were told about the meat and cheese for sale as well, and we bought some of both!

Mum and I had a lovely lovely time, there are a few establishments that could learn from the friendly natural smiles we received today... We will be back!!

Thank you for a lovely time :)

User

Great food & very friendly. Would be perfect if only they had a baby change. Hopefully they will get one soon as doesn’t cost much to get a fold away one attached to the wall! We can’t really go there at the moment whilst have a baby

User

First time here today and will be returning, plan to go on the circular walk and call in. Friendly staff, tasty food and a big pot of tea which was refilled. Not much for a vegetarian. My poached eggs were'nt runny which I prefer but now I know will be able to ask and I'm sure they will be happy to accommodate. Had some delicious looking cheese and olives in the open air food bit as well as homemade pate, pie and salad.
