Our amazing former manager Joel is fundraising money for Spring. In March 2016, he and his wife Emily very sadly lost a child - and were supported by the charity, SPRING (Supporting Parents and Relatives Through Baby Loss).
Joel is walking 32 miles around the Jurassic Coast for SPRING, and he has opened a just giving page to help raise money and hit his target of £1,000.

We find there is nothing better than cracking into a new cheese.
Today we've woken up the beautiful 'Morbier'.
A rather large wheel named after a small market town in Franch-Comté. Traditionally Morbier was created using the left over milk from a day crafting the huge rounds of delicious Comté, the line of vegetable ash through the middle was created to separate the morning and the evening milk. Today it is purely decorative and widely recognised because of this striking ash... centre.
It has a hay-like aroma with hazelnut and fresh grass notes. Its perfect with a glass of our Jorge Ordoñez Moscatel!
