Great hotel great to be here . Staff. Excellent could not be better. Would. recommend the hotel to any one who was thinking of staying in the lakes

Very good, but chef new the day before and not quite as good as previously I thought. Maybe still getting used to new place. Otherwise great.

A lovely hotel! It's in a beautiful spot, and they're awfully accommodating. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the common lounges are very cozy and comfortable. If you have the option, definitely get breakfast and lunch as part of your stay, the food is excellent and great for relaxing in the evening.

On our 4th annual return trip and as always we've been treat like royalty. Can't thank the staff enough for making this quiet corner of the lakes such am enjoyable place to stay each an every time. The food is second to none! And the superior deluxe with spa room is a real treat, views, comfortable bed and a Jacuzzi bath under a window looking onto Derwent water makes for a memorable trip! The team really go out of their way to make every part of your stay relaxing and truly enjoyable

It's the most perfect place in the Lake District. The customer service is second to none as is the food. We come every year for our anniversary and they remember every year without us having to tell them which is amazing

Unbelievable little spot of peace hidden away in the corner of derwent water. Currently on our thirdoorstep trio back here and have every intention of coming back for many years to come. Within walking distance of Keswick town centre for a day out.

The staff are friendly and welcoming and will do anything to help you.

The food is unmatched too! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone
