last time i was in the little angel was 17 years ago during the goth weekend. i thought it was a great pub then and rediscovered after a couple of days in whitby that it is still a brilliant pub.



friendly staff, great prices, a good pint and even got the same seat!



i'll try not to wait another 17 years to visit again!

Lovely little pub in Whitby old town. Cozy, friendly atmosphere and staff. Excellent selection of hand pumped ales, the best I could find in Whitby. Live music in the evening. A pleasant place to while away the night.

Love this pub, staff are friendly and always a good pint here. Atmosphere is brilliant, we call this our local whenever we are in Whitby. Had a fab night last night there when we met up with friends

Had a brilliant time over the weekend with all the Pirates & assortment of people what a friendly bunch. Loved the fact new ales are on tap all the time. The different bands & singalongs meant I nearly lost my voice�. Next visit to Whitby will be straight in there.

Came for the goth weekend which just so Happened to coincide with my birthday - had a great time, everyone was very friendly, there was a good selection of beers and I'm very impressed they had dark fruit strongbow! Loved all the goths singing their heads off to Journey! � Brilliant! We're regulars to Whitby and this will definitely be our 'local' when we're in town! Xx

One of my favourite two or three pubs in Whitby. Good range of beers, superleague showing throughout the season and a great atmosphere. There's also some decent live music and outdoor space for the summer.

As always, great food, fab pint and friendly staff, to sit by the window upstairs with an amazing view over the Harbour, what could be better? Love love love Wheatherspoons, after living abroad for years, get me in a Wheatherspoons anywhere in the UK and I'm one happy bunny 🍺🍾🍷

Poor selection on the day i went in I had a pint of gold which looked a little cloudy but was told it had only been put on the night before so should be ok and maybe should be like that but from my experience with local brewerys the person serving the Beer should have known if it should have been clear or cloudy I believe it should have been clear so will try other pubs in Whitby before i try the Little Angel again

Decent selection of beers But disappointing to have people effing and jeffing at the bar well within earshot of not only customers but also the staff who decided it was easier to ignore it than ask them to keep it down .Otherwise decent proper pub .
