Gymnastics is the base of all sports and helps develops a childs motor skills, using music and a variety of activities to improve their social and cognitive movement. To help build their strength, speed and coordination.

At LGA we thrive to improve and develop gymnastic skills amoung 2-5 year olds keeping them active and creating awareness of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

All of our coaches are professionally trained or in the process of training and have been CRB checked.
