APRIL IS ORAL CANCER AWARENESS MONTH!
In the UK nearly 8000 people are diagnosed with mouth cancer every year and around 60,000 people will be diagnosed over the next decade. Worldwide the disease affects 650,000 people a year and it’s the 6th most common type of cancer.
We are supporting Oral Cancer Awareness Month and asking everyone to be vigilant about early signs of mouth cancer. This week we have celebrated with our Nurse, Jo having worked at the Practice for 10 years. Congratulations from us all 🎉 here's to another 10 years 😁

Patient Notice Kiran Arkala will be leaving the practice on the 27th February 2018. We wish him all the very best for the future. The good news is that nothing changes at the practice. Kiran's patients will transfer over to Rejeev who will continue to operate the same working hours on a Tuesday and also works 5 days a week. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to speak to the reception team. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.

A massive Thank You to everyone that helped us raise money for Mouth Cancer Action Month. Congratultions to Mrs Jarvis and Mr Youngman for winning the toothpaste competetion. Thank you to everyone who had a guess, altogether there were 54 toothpastes in the jar. Together we raised £46 for Mouth Cancer awareness!! This money will help peope to research into a cure for mouth cancer and hopefully one day put a stop to this dreadful illness.
