We have visited a number of times to eat and have never been disappointed � the food is great (we particularly love the roasts and the fish&chips) and the staff are lovely, couldn’t do more for you. Highly recommend for anyone looking for really good food at very decent prices �

We had a great meal there last night and the best seat in the house for Tom Seale’s band. What a show!! ����� Special thank you to Lorna for looking after us all night and it was really busy but she was fantastic! We felt like VIPs, thank you Sam � we will be back.

Today we took our mum to Lloyd’s for dinner & can I just say, what a delight it was. Great choices on the Mother’s Day menu, the soup was amazing (hub wants the recipe if chef is willing to share), we had turkey main, which was plentiful, so much so, we’ve carried out half for tomorrow’s tea & I’ve never seen such a huge wedge of pudding..it beat me, & I don’t give up easy with a good pud. Staff were all lovely, friendly & helpful. To top it all we got a lovely Mother’s Day gift to take home � Thanks for a great meal & service, we had a lovely afternoon x

Really friendly staff, I had one of the best roast dinners I have ever had. New head chef is doing a great job!

My sister had her leaving do at the Lloyds yesterday. First time we’ve been in a while, and it’s under new management now. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them and they made our doggy very welcome too! The food was lovely, the cheese and onion pie in particular was delightful.

Last minute, but went to Lloyd's / Chorlton, with friends and family and genuinely couldn't praise the service enough, food too, definitely go again! A 'specials board' may be a treat!? Anyway, we all had a fab time and I would totally recommend! Nice to have such good service in pleasant surroundings! I'd recommend it, dog friendly too, which is a good touch, keep it up!!! Many thanks folks!..andyb

Just wanted to say "Thankyou" booked a buffet for 30 on Saturday, Amazing.... food excellent, eveyone commented on it and we all had a great night. Thankyou! Jason, Charles and the rest of the team!

Just been here for food and drinks. It was very busy due to the nice weather so there was a little wait for the food but that’s to be expected. The food was lovely. They even brought some treats over for my dog and offered a bowl of water. We will be back! X

I go to this Lloyd’s quite often and the food and service are always first class. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Michelle in particular is always very smiley and helpful!

Had a top night at The Lloyds :) fab music, lovely atmosphere and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Will be coming back for food next time!. Would recommend!

Food was really good! I had the lasagne and my other half had the cauliflower curry. Great tastes and the chef even made a chilli sauce from scratch at request which was delicious. The service was very attentive and as a whole the Lloyds is much improved. Well done!

Cracking steak baguette, fries and coleslaw. Great atmosphere, helpful bar staff who kindly let me charge my phone. Looking forward to trying a Sunday roast there in the near future.

Came a month ago with my sis. Sat outside. Was served by the delightful Michelle, who, incidentally, made me THE BEST decaf coffee I have ever had anywhere. Rich and strong. We are here again today. Hopefully will be delighted again xx��

Also pretty neat in the evening

Been many times,but last couple times I've been since June for my nieces birthday meal not been up to scratch,when we eat out we eat here,but few occasions we had family meals of quite a few people and food not been good at all,ate last night too for sons birthday and my food wasn't up to standard at all,my chips were cold steak just slightly warm,my nieces egg was hard with her gammon,and when did we start getting charged £3.90 for a glass of Diet Coke I got charged £5.70 for this and 1/2 larger,X

I will be finding a new venue to eat from now on when we do eat out great pub but food not to great�

Went last night I think the pub really pushed the boat out with Father Christmas 🎅 a brass band fake snow and the lighting of the tree well done a great effort. Service was great I fortunately the food was not good

Rubbish service. I get the impression things have gone down hill particularly is it was dead at peak Sunday lunch time. Told to order from the table, 25 mins nobody came and had to order from the bar. Small argument as to who's turn it was to serve the customer! Starter came pretty quick. Mains didn't take too long but no fresh cutulary so had to go back to the bar to get these. 35 mins after finishing the mains our plates were still there and no sign of desert. Complained to the manager who was sarcastic. Dirty table. All in all a rubbish lunch. Used to be the best around. Won't be going back.
