Carlsberg don't do bike shops... but if they did it would be this one. Finally a friendly set of people who are willing to help you without being bike snobs! Perfect service, super product line and all round my favourite bike shop. Ten out of ten.

These guys saved my bacon after my chain snapped and shredded my derailleur. It was 6PM on a Friday and I had my bike back in working order by 7PM the same day. Great service - really lovely people. Highly recommended.

Thanks for fixing my front derailleur when I walked into your shop looking rather depressed this morning. I left with a smile on my face! Excellent service and great value too, I will be back.

Got a flat nearby, without any spares or tools, and the shop was about to close...they took my bike, and fixed the puncture in less than 10 minutes. Magic. I'd of probably paid a grand for the service, not mentioning the mood I was in, but they charged a reasonable £10, and it was in their overtime.

These guys know and love bicycles. With their white gloves and immaculate workshop area its as though your bike is being operated on! Great service, great price and always fun to talk to. The best!

Fantastic. I've taken my bike twice three time to Evans who left me with squeaky breaks and gears that jump. The LBW were able to see me the next day, their charge was very reasonable and personal to the work I needed done, they fitted new breaks, cleaned down the chain, and corrected the gears. My bike has never run so smoothly. And they offered a free tightening of my breaks in a couple of weeks once they've worn in. I would definitely recommend them.

Was in urgent need of a specific helmet for a contest I was going to the following day, I couldn't make it to the store but got a courier service to receive it for me but needed to pay first, even in these circumstances they wouldn't let the courier take the helmet unless he had proof I'd paid for it via email only (which I couldn't get to the driver) which made the situation very awkward even though I asked not to worry if they release the product and I don't receive it, it'll be my own fault but no luck!

So the driver kindly said he'd buy it cash and get it for me, on they're website the helmet is £39.99
Upon receiving my helmet from the driver I realised they charged him £49.99

Extremely unhappy and would quite like my tenner back if I'm honest

Seemed uninterested, didn't really listen and adopted a "we know better than you" attitude to my friend wanting a new bike. Also seemingly lacked basic knowledge about crank lengths and bike fitting.

By far the best service I have ever received in any of the London bike shops.

The guys working here are knowledgeable and very passionate about their job. The quality of the customer care is top notch and the quality and speed of the service is impeccable. My bike was diagnosed, parts were chosen and the replacement and servicing was all done to the highest standards and speed.

The staff was always very helpful and polite. Even when it came to simple questions about gear, or general biking, the responses given were very eloquent and professional.

A bike shop how a 21st century bike shop should be. Would recommend 10+ out of 10.
