To fly over the beautiful city of London, was an unbelievable and unforgettable experience, a gift from my best friend Lorraine. I have many brilliant photos to remind me of this fantastic day, value for money without question. Thank you to all the lovely staff at The London Helicopter

This was my 2nd flight and has to be the best.

The only thing I would ask for next time is a turn in the front.

Great views and photo ops.

Love the improvements to the reception etc.

This was a gift experience and was absolutely amazing, best part of half an hour flying at around 1000ft over London, along the Thames. Special photography trip so the sides were removed from the helicopter to give uninterrupted views. Tethered to the helicopter by a safety harness as well as the 3-point seatbelts, cameras also had to be tethered just in case..... Unforgettable !

Thank you very much guys for the flight which I had yesterday.That was very good trip with the helicopter and also the weather was nice too!!I'm glad about this tour because yesterday was my anniversary of one year when I get married with my lovely wife and she was very happy about this surprise tour with helicopter which I prepare for her �

My first flight in a helicopter and it was INCREDIBLE. Feeling lucky I was on the last flight of the day before the wind became too strong making flying treacherous. An amazing experience with a brilliant pilot. Definitely doing this again next time I come to London (2 years and counting). Only down side was my camera decided to stop working for the few seconds as we flew over the shard, the building looked incredible from above. This is a definite must do adventure. Love my footage of the take-off and landing. Thank you to everyone at The London Helicopter for enabling my to fly on the day even though my original flight later in the day was cancelled due to expected high winds.

Just wanted to say a massive thankyou, my husband and I did this for my 40th and loved every minute! Absolutely amazing seeing London from a helicopter, staff were lovely, and I want to go back and do it again!

It was a birthday gift from my beautiful daughter abiee the whole experience was magnificent and given the chance to do it again neither of us would hesitate just wish it had lasted longer that's not a complaint just wishful thinking the staff were all very polite and courteous and it was a truly memorable experience a big Thank you to all concerned

Impressive trip here, a little bit expensive, but worth it!

I booked a flight on the spur of the moment as my Birthday was coming up and I wanted to do something different. I managed to get a flight the day after my birthday and I have to say; as far as spur of the moment choices of things to do in London go, this one’s a bit special.

The weather was a bit Gloomy to say the least but taking to the skies over London in a bright orange Helicopter soon brightened my day up no end.



I would thoroughly recommend a flight with The London Helicopter, not just for the seemingly surreal and amazing experience of flying over our busy Capital but the professional and helpful team. The ground crew and pilot where superb and extremely happy in their work.

Did the "open door" photography tour on Friday 23/09. I have to say I found it terrifying and exhilarating at the same time.

The weather was superb making for a great flight.

Even so, you still get buffeted by the air and it's hard to hold the camera straight, let alone frame anything. I assumed my photos would come out awfully, but was very pleasantly surprised with the outcome.

Brought my dad for his flight yesterday he had an amazing time, after it was delayed for almost 2 years due to knee problems. Just wanted to say the young guy that looked after us was lovely and has been great customer service all the way through rearranging and accommodating due to dad's health. Thanks for providing a lovely experience for a very special man in our family in a lovely setting x

An absolutely awesome experience n a definite one to tick off the bucket list. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and totally professional. This was by far the best ever look over and view of London bar none. Unique in every way and higher than the shard. Worth every penny. Many thanks n will definitely do again in the future ���

Actually. We just watched from the Hotel next door. Fab view.take offs and landings. Lucas age 5 had a wonderful time. It was almost better than actually traveling in one. Especially for his age!

Despite the heliport being exceptionally busy due to Royal Ascot passengers the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly.

The pilot was very attentive and ensured all the landmarks were pointed out.

Hope to visit again soon.

From Reception to ground crew to pilot all were friendly and helpful.The flight following the river over central London allows one to see all the great sights of this wonderful city of ours. A truly memorable day. Thank you.

The experience was amazing I really enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but I think that the journey should be a little bit longer and the beverages section should be a complimentary.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! My wife and I take a heli tour every time we go abroad on holiday or on special occasions. From LA to Reykjavik to South Korea, we enjoy visiting different cities from above. This time we travelled from Scotland to London to stay at the Shangri-La hotel in the Shard to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my wife booked a surprise 18 minute flight to see our hotel from a different view. While the views were lovely the experience was bitterly disappointing. There was no experience!! - it felt as if we were getting a taxi. The pilot had no rapport with the passengers, didn’t engage with anyone and gave the impression he couldn’t really be bothered. And while I understand that his job is probably quite repetitive and he would rather not be working on a Saturday afternoon, it felt like we spent £440 for the experience of ‘inconveniencing’ the pilot!! When we spoke to the staff after the flight, the gentlemen in the office replied with ‘I don’t know what you want me to do’. No apology and certainly no empathy. He didn’t even have the decency to take my contact details to pass o to the manager who was unavailable. Total disappointment. Save yourself the hassle and get an open tour bus instead!

The weather was very clear and sunny but they cancelled our reservation just because there were no other clients the D DAY..! Most of all we have called them the day before and they confirmed us the flight, we have called them the morning to be sure, they confirmed us again and on our way to go they explain us how to come...all this to cancel at our arrival without apologies... so bad! money always money.. :( they don't earn money if there is not enough clients so they cancel the flight

So good luck i recommand you to find a compagny more respectful to their clients
