We decided to stop here for lunch and it was excellent value and really nice food. The bar has a nice vibe and great for people watching those milling around Covent Garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered the sharing plates and they were so tasty. Highly recommended for any one wanting good food and nice atmosphere. It didn't hurt that the Asian waitress was gorgeous either lol

This is the fourth or fifth time I have visited Long Acre and each time has it has delivered!

I now hold my area meetings here for 15+ people each time and Lauren has been an absolute delight to liaise through; a consummate professional who does her utmost to cater to our needs.

This is then continued with the highly efficient service from the bar staff.

It is rare to find such dedication and care in the West End; long may it continue!

Really nice bar, nice facilities. However, the menu should also serve for snacks. As there are no light bites offered if you just want nibbles with an alcoholic beverage. Can only get chips or onion rings. Good thing to offer would be maybe something like Chicken goujons or nuts etc. Not everyone wants chips!

Popped into scarlet's at random last night and i have to say i was very very impressed. The service was perfect, friendly staff and great price for drinks and food. Will definitely take another trip. I recommend this to anyone who loves a good night out!!

I have just started using the Longacre for our social group events (Flying Solo London). What a great place for a night out. All of the staff are all so helpful, friendly and enthusiastic plus they look after us really on our nights out and we get great feedback from our group members. A great atmosphere plus a fabulous happy hour right in the heart of the west end.... We look forward to many more nights out there - Thank you so much Lauren, Dean, Ale, Alicia and the rest of the staff at Longacre from Sarah & Members of Flying Solo

I celebrated my 25th birthday at Scarlet's last night, I am so impressed with this place and staff! I have booked the "Library" room for the event. It was perfect for my party of about 27 people. Everything we asked for was done perfectly and when moved to a club we were given an amazing booth! So I would really recommend this place! The only minor thing is that the music upstairs is much better than downstairs but still we all danced till 2am � so thank you for my great celebration!

Headed to London today from Southampton to see a show and my Uncle recommended Scarlett's to us. The service we received was fantastic, friendly, helpful staff. The food was great and very well priced. Lovely quirky bar and restaurant! I've heard it's great when bands are on too! Thanks to Matt for his hospitality and pointing us in the right direction for the theatre, the show was brilliant!

Great bar, brilliant atmosphere and just a short walk from Leicester square station ��

Bar staff are so friendly! Worth purchasing a package and getting a table. Great atmosphere upstairs in the bar and downstairs in the club, club music is the perfect mix of old school and current RnB, pop and top 40 - the DJ takes requests too. Would definitely recommend! Only downside is the photographer never returned with the key-rings we paid for. Apart from that, couldn’t fault the night. Will come back again for sure!

We were lucky to get a table as we arrived just before the masses. We were also served quite quickly and seated with food Menu and drinks within 5 minutes.

It was extremely busy and there appeared to be only 2 female staff in attendance and they were working like Trojans. They were serving food, clearing tables, and also serving at the bar!

Our food took a while to arrive but when it did it was very nice and enjoyable.

The two ladies working here were excellent and deserve a pay rise as they were doing 4 people work!

Popped in yesterday after a meal in China town about 8.30pm : lovely cocktails : bit pricey out of happy hour but that's London I suppose about £9-£12 a cocktail : service a bit slow at times : music very good as was the atmosphere of the place

The staff were quite friendly. It's a busy noisy bar with a reasonably priced menu. Unfortunately there was a terrible smell of drains/urine so we ate and left.

Have visited Scarlett's on a number of occasions and atmosphere always very good and have always loved this place. However not sure if they have changed their cocktail menu but it didn't seem as good on this visit and the cocktails given on the 2-4-1 offer seemed to be very small measures and excessive ice!!! Hopefully a one off and on the next visit we will be impressed again.

Made to wait to be served and once the barman had made 3 overpriced cocktails, he spilt one of them and did not top it up. The place was full of spillages and whilst it was 2 deep at the bar, one member of staff was more interested in closing the blinds than serving paying punters. All drinks served in plastic glasses. Don't bother wasting £30 when you can spend it somewhere better and much nicer. Plenty of other bars that got our money!

Waited 40 mins for 2 sandwiches. As one is served up we're told they're out of wraps for the other one so another sandwich is chosen and we're promised immediate delivery. I eventually start to eat mine and I'm finished and they come to clear the table and ask if everything was ok. We explain that we are still waiting for the second sandwich. Another 40 mins and at least 4 apologies and a request for just a bowl of chips before the second sandwich arrives and it wasn't great. If we hadn't been so tired we would have walked. Getting it for free would not entice me back. They didn't even offer a second sparkling water! !!

This is an example of why you should read reviews before you eat somewhere you don't know the area . Sure it's good for drinks but don't eat here

I have been coming to this Place for about 7 years, since it was Verve, then Scarlet, now Long Acre. I used two run businesses in the area so my team and I would come at least 3 times a week.

With this in mind, my maid of honour thought there was no perfect place than Long Acre to celebrate my Hen do.

She had reserved and paid an area to ensure we where comfortable and even went to speak to the manager in person to ensure it would be smooth.

It was honestly dreadful. The table was not ready. Not big deal. We waited. We were shown our table downstairs (my friend had booked a table upstairs as your Dj is always better upstairs). The table was downstairs next to the toilets, it stank of vomit and was not even cleaned. It was the worst experience I ever had at yours. I have always celebrated all special occasions at yours : 5 birthdays, 2 staff parties, 3 leaving parties, this does even includes other celebration for my team. We left after 15 min because it was so bad and went to zoo bar. A young lad at the door (same who sat us) asked my friend why we were leaving. She explained but he did not made an effort to make it right.

A lady called Lauren emailed my friend to know how the evening was. Lauren has never responded to my friend to apologize. I have also sent a complained which was ignored.

This place is a disaster. No wonder why it changes name and staff so often.
