Waiting staff so pleasant but warning when you have had a few delicious cocktails may lead to an Alice in wonderland experience when finding the loo!

Nice to watch the cocktail waiters “doing their thing!” Makes you feel special someone has created a work of art for you as the presentation of some is beautiful.

On a very busy Saturday afternoon we were warmly welcomed by staff, whilst we waited for our table to be ready it allowed us to to take in the beautiful surroundings. Once seated we enjoyed fabulous food and amazing cocktails all served by attentive staff. Can't wait for my next visit !!

I'm definitely a regular customer of Lost and Found and I must say that this is one of my favourite venues. I came for both food and drinks several times and I was never disappointed. A burger was so good that even my vegetarian friend couldn't resist!



I also held one of my business workshops there and the hospitality was absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend it!

I found this place by accident (very appropriate given the name) and feel like I fell into Wonderland. The building is an old bank with the most beautiful fixtures and eclectic decorations—kind of looks like leftover theatre set pieces. It’s massive and cosy at the same time. Ordered two vegan dishes, which were both excellent. Vincent, our server, was very kind and helpful. Was a nice treat.

Had a meal here last night with my family and it was a superb experience. The building retains a lot of original features and has you looking round finding something new to look at at every turn. Our waiter couldn't do enough for us and the food was excellent. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a fabulous afternoon in the secret room. Gentleman's afternoon tea!! Food was good. Service was good and our own bar tender was excellent. Stayed later in the bar for one for the road and listened to live music. All in all a good experience.

Excellent went yesterday afternoon before the crush, found a table enjoyed fab cocktails and the staff were very friendly .

The venue itself is very nice and the staff are friendly. We did the bottomless brunch for £25. It wasn’t a bad price and the food was pleasant however it could be even better and improved by tweaking certain elements; 1) spoons were needed for some of the lunch options, which were provided when asked but you could just have them on the table 2) our waitress was great at keeping us topped up however it might ease the pressure on the staff if each table was given a couple of bottles rather than topped by the glass, obviously they’d need to work out how many to limit per table but it would make more sense and help staff who were rushed off their feet.



All in all it was most pleasant though

Quirky and different drinks very pricey and food but well worth it for a special occasion. Service was second to none. Attended a birthday celebration in the private bookcase room nice features and decor but very hot and cramped when seated for food. All in all good venue but a little on the small side and could do with more staff on private bar as cocktails take up the bartenders time.

The place itself is beautiful, however it felt chilly inside, I ordered the steak which I thought was very pricey and wasn't that great.

Good bar in central location. Lots of good beers and nice cocktails. Takes a looooooooooong time to get served though and the venue is a bit tatty. Smells like a club, sticky floor etc. I wouldn’t rush back.

We recently went to Lost and Found for a friends 30th and had bottomless brunch. We’d booked via email but had to wait for 15 minutes at the bar as they had ‘lost’ our reservation. When seated we ordered drinks and after another 15 minutes wait we were told by another barman that the waitress serving us was new and that she should be better, stating ‘oh my god, oh my god you’re still waiting??’ It made us feel very uncomfortable as he also made statements like this when the waitress returned! We then had our food and drinks, which were mostly lovely, except one meal came with cheese, which wasn’t stated on the menu. We asked for this to be changed, waited over 20 minutes again, until the meal was replaced with no cheese but instead an almost raw egg. My pregnant friend could obviously not eat this so was then offered a free drink. She asked for another meal and was finally given one. We made a complaint and were given around £20 off the bill. It was a very frustrating experience as the other food and drinks were really good, as was the decor and atmosphere. Let down by unprofessional staff.

Music was so loud it gave me a headache and I left earlier than planned. A live saxophone player is a nice touch, but not when it adds even more volume to the music. It wasn't, but felt like concert level loud. Earplugs would've helped if I wasn't going there to talk to people. Very disappointed and won't be spending in a place that gives dreadful experiences.

40 minutes to get a cocktail as first one spilt by bar staff over my daughter. 2nd one brought over and server said would be lit but disappeared . Asked another server to light it but said he was not allowed. Came back and said for health and safety the cocktail could not be lit at the table and invited my daughter to take it back to the bar where it was lit . Health and safety obviously did not apply when she carried the smoking and lit drink back to the table !!? Overpriced and shambolic

Very slow service. Limited lunch menu. Bacon on wagyu burger was burnt to a crisp and chips were cold. Cosmopolitan cocktail had bits floating in it. Complained to the waitress much to her exasperation. Begrudgingly offered replacements and a half-hearted apology. Very disappointing. My friends and I will not be returning.
