Absolutely brilliant shop wish we lived closer x you are such a friendly helpful bunch of people x we travel from Southampton for our Halloween props and so far have the rocking corps mummy cradling her corps baby and the circus psycho zombie clown plus a brilliant mask which went down so well last year now got the very hard decision On what to have next hoping to come and have another look in a couple of weeks so we can start saving x keep up the great customer service xx

Really cool stuff in the shop but asked if I could have a refund yesterday as I could no longer wear the Halloween items which cost me £25 and the ladies didn’t even bother looking in the bag as everything was still in the packaging and I had the receipt and said I couldn’t have a refund, would of thought they’d ask if I wanted a credit note but all I got was a blunt answer :(

Terrible customer service. My wife bought a costume, and accessories four days ago. The costume did not fit and they refused to give her a refund and only a credit note. This is fair enough as people can use the stuff and then try to return it,however the acessories were sealed unused and to not give a refund for those items when they can definately be put straight back on the shelf to be re sold is in my opinion poor.
