Join hosts Wurly + Bird for our monthly quiz night on the first Thursday of every month!
Featuring table rounds, "name that tune" rounds, speed round & a night of chaos not to be missed.
Not for the "serious quizzer" - this light hearted evening is usually done by 10pm & has plenty of breaks & banter.
... 1st place cash prize, 2nd prize round of drinks 3rd prize a bottle of wine! Also sometimes we bring a boobie prize for last place...
No need to register till the night but table booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Contact the pub to reserve one!

We have had a beautiful lunch the coleslaw is gorgeous and I don't do coleslaw staff are lovely and helpful over all it is a great spot to eat drink and be merry ☺☺

Warm friendly pub, the manager is brilliant! & the staff amazing! Highly recommend having a get together here ��

Town centre pub with a large garden and good selection of beers — nice atmosphere, friendly staff, special mention for the red-headed barman ��

Staff are always friendly and there's a great atmosphere both in the bar and in the lovely beer garden. Highly recommend the maidens head for a fab day/night out X

My partner and I Really enjoyed the cider and a fantastic cheese burger with homemade chips onion rings and slaw was all delicious and at a reasonable price .staff were friendly as well as helpful will be returning for sure .

It's the beatiful place, good attention, good music, good drink, good price.

I think its only fair I should warn people about the Maidens Head pub. Avoid it at costs, you'll always stay longer than you meant to.

They have clean pipes, excellent beers and pleasant extremely efficient bar staff.

No waiting for a drink and the bar staff can hold a conversation at the same time.

It's a trap, like a lobster creel, you can get in, but you can't get out.

I'm safe today cause I'm working tomorrow and won't stay long, but I'm helpless on a day off.

To my shame, I've resorted to blaming the perfect bar staff for drinking too much.

Great venue recently refurbished. Good music , great feel and attentive staff. Can't wait to try the food. We have visited all Maidenhead pubs in our month here and The Maidens Head is the best by far.

Great value, well presented and quality food with fun staff in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Dog and family friendly, with a great beer garden.

Great town centre pub! Good atmosphere, pool table for the game players and Poretti on tap (For those that don't know...Poretti is a lovely but cheaper version of Peronni! Get in!!!) Worth a visit and I hear food is coming soon!

Best pub in maidenhead by far. Weekly live music, monthly pub quiz, fab beer garden,great food, fantastic drinks range and amazing staff what more could you want?

As always a great night out. Good band. Quick service by some very efficient ladies behind the bar.

I have been here a couple of times alone and I have not felt uncomfortable . The burgers are tasty with delicious creamy coleslaw, the staff are friendly, the tables clean. Just spoilt by an unruly family next to me but that's not the bars fault.

I had a Big Wave Ale (hint of exotic fruit flavour, can't remember which) and I would definitely have another.

Burgers were delicious. Staff very friendly and pub is welcoming and has plenty of atmosphere.

Had a very nice New Year’s Eve , good staff and all in all a very nice pub
