Dear valued customer. We believe that most people will be taking our government's advice on how to deal with the virus outbreak and wish you well and to stay safe during these hard times.
After long consideration and in line with NHS advice we have decided to take the following actions at The Manor from Monday the 30th of March.
1: The shop will only open for mail and parcels 3 Days of the week with restricted opening hours, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Although the shop will be accepting parcels and mail from Royal Mail and other couriers only on all days apart from Sunday.
2: Mail and parcel deliveries will stand for 24 hours before being sorted to protect staff.
3: Any medicines and important mail can be picked up by arrangement.
4: Only 2 people will be allowed in the shop at any one time. Outside the shop please self-distance yourself from others keeping a distance of at least 2 meters apart.
5: We will be splitting the staff into 2 separate teams so that if one team member gets the virus and the rest have to self-isolate we will still be able to carry on but will probably need to alter the shop times.
6: Do not enter the shop if there are 2 customers inside the shop, please wait for one to leave.
7: We will allow others, with permission, to pick up mail for other customers. Box number and the full name of the box owner will be needed to do so.
8: Our laundry service will still be running under the same rules as above and will take up to 72 hours to complete.
9: Shop opening hours will be 11am to 5.30pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The Manor will be closed all day on Sundays.
