The team are back after an all important stop off for cheese and looking forward to Thursday night!

The team have just let us know that Chateau de Belleverne won a gold medal at the prestigious Paris Concours Mondial des Féminalise where the wine was in competition with more than 4000 wines. We look forward to serving their award winning Saint Amour at the Marquis this weekend.

The Marquis team have had a busy morning at Château de Belleverne as they taste the new vintage and get a tour of the busy winery. With the wine all safely loaded they will be starting their journey back to the Uk today!

Our intrepid all female Marquis team are heading to France today on the first leg of their journey to collect the 2018 Beaujolais Nouveau. Bon voyage ladies #beaujolais #themarquissuffolk

During the 80’s the race to bring the new vintage of Beaujolais back to the UK was all the rage. This year a team from the Marquis will be reviving this tradition and travelling to France to collect the Nouveau wines of Château de Belleverne ready for our Beaujolais night on Thursday 15th.
