We got our meat order yesterday and we where well impressed. The ribi steaks are lovely, much easier to cut and the taste is so much better than any shop would sell.

The meat all came packaged and the labelling on the packs were easy to read, once taken out of the vacuum pack the meat gets bigger than it does when opened. The price for delivery is outstanding for the container, ice packs, and tracked delivery so you don’t fell robbed for paying the price you pay. I will be ordering my meat from the meat man again for sure, great service no problems all around cushty. Thanks very much mr meat man. �����

Ordered 22 T-bone steaks for a stag do, they delivered and the meat was fantastic. Everybody loved it. No issues with the delivery, customer service got back to me quickly and were very helpful. Haven't found better steak for the money anywhere else online and I'm pretty fussy when it comes to steak. Always keep an eye out for thier weekly emails as some of thier offers are really great value.

Just had two tomahawk steaks and took down to a barbeque in sussex.I wasn't sure how to cook them to get the best out of them.My daughter sent me a link off proper tasty and this worked superbly.Firstly grind a good load of salt and pepper onto both sides of the meat and let sit a while,then heat an oven to 200 degrees and cook for 40mins in a foil tray along with rosemary,a few whole garlic cloves and a good smear of butter.Transfer the steak to to a hot barbeque for 5-10 mins turning each side and spooning the juices back on the steak Perfect

I used to order from muscle food but struggled as I’m very in organised so I would find myself needing meat the following day for dinners but muscle don’t do Next say delivery , well they do on some products but that was a pain .

Anyway found these guys thought I’d give them a go . And I pleasently surprised at the quality , lean mince is amazing and a Bargain . I told my Mum the next day and she ordered A load of stuff too . I just hope that they don’t turn into a huge company like MuscleFood and lose their quality of meat whilst chasing the profits

Well I’ve had two orders now from The Meat Man, neither of which I have been happy with. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered bacon in the first order (back and streaky) both of which were great, but took about 4 days to arrive as they said they’d tried to call me (they didn’t) to explain the streaky was out of stock. Yesterday I received 3 x 2kg packs of streaky bacon, 2 of which were smoked, which is not mentioned on their website and which I cannot eat. Shame they are so poor at dealing with customers, shall not be using again.

I order the mixed grill packs to start with along with few other small items to try quality of the meat and found them to be very tasty very much worth 5 quid and one pack can feed 2 people. Then I order the big bundle pack. When arrived 2 of products were missing which wasn't the best but didn't really bother me too much, contacted them through fb message to be told they will issue refund for missing items. Waited a month and no refund , contacted them again to be told they look into it and never heard back again and no refund. This was back in augest and september. Very disappointed to say least I know not massive amount of money but if this is how they set an example and treat new customers then I will take business else where. On other note the quality meat was good other then the mince which to finally grounded.

I'm a regular user of on line butchers and have never had cause to complain before. Sadly not the case with this business. I've ordered twice and on both occasions ordered the bulk pack of 7-8 ounce rib eye steaks. First order was good. Second order of 20 steaks I knew as soon as I opened the box were not all of the correct weight - i have been cooking for many years. On weighing the items I found almost half weighed less than 7 ounces and two were barely 6. I have had a long email exchange during which I felt they were questioning my honesty despite me sending them a photo of a steak on my scales in their packaging showing clearly the weight. They have apparently issued me a refund of around ten per cent of the cost of the order which is poor to say the least considering I have nine steaks that aren't big enough to serve for a meal. If a reasonable refund had been offered I would have put the error down to a busy butcher working on a hot day and used them up on the BBQ but as it is I'm left feeling I've been had. My tip would be proceed with caution and weigh everything that is delivered to you.

I am very disappointed with your customer service. On the 6th March I received my order but I could not find free sample burgers with my order.

I spent over £130 and according to the email I received you promised to send 1 free burger for every £10 I spend.

You apologized and promised to send them with my next order.

On 10th May I received another order and unfortunately you failed for the second time to send me 13 free sample burgers.

I am very disappointed that after following your previous instructions you still failed to provide the service as promised.



Since then I have sent you two emails asking what is happening. No replies. Silence.
