Would highly recommend free flowing champagne afternoon tea at this restaurant. What a fantastic afternoon we had on Saturday. The staff are excellent, friendly and hospitality first class. Was taken by my two daughters as a birthday gift.
Wonderful service we had. Made sure we were constant topped up with champagne. Would defo go again. Lovely setting, service, etc xx

One of the best whiskey flights ever! First out the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, followed by a Van Winkle flight, including the hard-to-get 23 years old Family Reserve. And there’s still more flights to enjoy! Top notch!
One of my most favourite places, staff are lovely. Afternoon tea with unlimited champagne is amazing. Surroundings are to a very high standard .

Had a wonderful afternoon tea. Staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be returning.
Had a wonderful afternoon tea with my sister and mum. Staff very attentive and champagne really is free flowing. They even bought out a special happy birthday plate for me though no one had mentioned it was my birthday so they must have picked up on it only though hearing us wish happy birthday. Very nice touch. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend. :)

Exceeded expectation - often hotel restaurants can be bland both in atmosphere and food quality, but the Melody knocked these pre-conceptions into touch. Food was delicious and well presented; service attentive but not overbearing; staff friendly - overall a great night out

A friend and I went here for an afternoon tea and it’s excellent value for money. The sandwiches and cakes are lovely and plenty of them. For your 2 hour slot, the champagne doesn’t stop getting topped up. The restaurant itself is lovely and quite ‘English tea room’ and the courtyard is also great to have a drink outside afterwards. The staff are friendly. Would definitely go back.

But.....I do agree that it's a real shame (& a bit tight) that you don't get offered any more sandwiches/ scones (without charge) anymore.
Come on Melody - up your game again, the cost to you must be very minimal for a few extra sandwiches!
