User

We had an amazing time. Fantastic performance and very nice modern venue. Definitely we back there for another polish performance.

User

There wasnt any mermaids very disappointed

After all it was a great day.

User

User

Great venue and the staff where very helpful and the food omg

I would recommend to anyone holding a huge event

User

Great venu, staff and food. However need more tsbles and chairs for lunch. Eating while standing or sitting on floor is not helpful for people with disabilities or arthritis like myself.

User

Very nice and friendly staff, lunch was great&fresh fruits.excellent environment and fantastic view.

User

Nice theatre, saw a recording of BBC's Friday night is music night. Staff very friendly but needs more toilets and more staff serving drinks.

User

Modern theatre. It's nice they have polish plays sometimes too. Close to our hotel Premier Inn so very convenient.

User

Love the theatre, staff were great the only thing is they need more toilets as I was queuing for a long time.

User

I appreciate all polish plays we can watch there BUT there is need for more toilets, better coffee at the bar. Staff polite and helpful. Seats could be more comfortable but still much better than in old theatres in city centre.

User

Great venue for Radio 2 recording of Friday Night is Music Night. Fabulous acoustic and friendly staff who let us in very promptly on a bitterly cold evening.

User

Good cosy venue, good service. We had great seats. Long queues to the toilets and bars. Otherwise good.

User

Totally ignored by reception and security when waiting by desk, venue itself is clean, tidy and well laid out.

User

I bought tickets 2x 40£ and sadly seats were with limited view. Just on my eyes level was a frame from balcony so whole production I had to bend down or stretch up. Should be information about that while you buying tickets. We travel from Cambridge so gymnastisc in your theatre cost me lot! Big queue to toilet and drinks. Organisation while you enter is very good.

User

A nice place food was ok staff were friendly service was quick although it was very busy

User

The theatre is old and staff serving drinks couldn't be slower. The show was amazing but this is not thanks to the theatre 🎭

User

The theater itself is not too bad, however, the queue to toilets (ladies) were ridiculous, theater should have more cubicles. Also, neither before not during interval was i able to but water, the queue was huge, the staff awfully slow, theater was quite warm, so water was very needed. If you cant provide enough staff, then maybe it is worth thinking of machines selling water or any other refreshments.
