We’ve been on ice for the last month, having a lovely long old holiday; but after the August Bank Holiday (aka the end of the summer) we’re back in the kitchen, lab and the studio to bring you all some wonderful new stuff when September comes!! Stay tuned...!!
If you didn’t know, @santateresarum run a program called the School of Hard Knocks (@sohkcharity) which uses rugby as a way of connecting with the less fortunate and perhaps otherwise misguided youth of Venezuela. So next time we see 🇻🇪 at the Rugby World Cup, keep an eye out for the kids who have turned away from a life in gangs in favour of the game of gentlemen. . We have worked tirelessly to combine our 120 years of experience in figuring out how to balance the alcohol/water, sugar and citric acid contents of each bottles in order to keep them #strong #fresh #balanced and above all consistently super duper #cold. EVERY time.

Our commander-in-chief! Richie has “one of the most abstract minds” in the business - according to the London Evening Standard at least and he has ADHD #likeaboss. Right now his wayward busy mind is working furiously in all directions towards new menus for food and drinks like nobody else along with a tonne of other exciting things which you’ll be sure to find out about soon...so much tasty stuff! All with the help of @modernistpantry, @prukprestige, @williamgrantuk @oxleygin and of course @nhsenglandldn, @additudemag. #together!!
Some strange and highly dangerous experimentation clearly going on behind the door to the secret entrance into our time a space portal @cocktailsinthec with @oxleygin...it really was all very Jurassic Park...except with gin...and much much colder...and of course no real 🦕
We had a couple of snow machines @cocktailsinthec and a “secret” entrance which lead you through a frozen ode to @oxleygin in the shape a walk-in freezer room and into the bar...cool, huh?!

While we’ve been closed we have totally been moonlighting it up! Last weekend we were @cocktailsinthec and had an AWEsome time building and running a “frozen tropical paradise bar” in collaboration with @oxleygin. It was brilliant! Oh...and our signature serve the Death Stalker Scropino won best in show. Just brilliant!

We’re very sorry to let you know that due to unprecedented staff illness/injuries we will be unable to open the bar this evening.
