I like a challenge and this tattoo has certainly been that! This dinky finger tattoo was not particularly well done, and as you can see from the fading we've achieved so far, some of the original ink was put in very deeply. Tattoos on the extremities often take longer to fade with laser treatment. This tiny tattoo on my client's finger has a very thick outline and a very deep red/pink middle bit. It has required careful lasering to get a good result without damaging the thin skin in the area. Was apprehensive before first session, but Sarah is really friendly and professional. Only had five sessions so far and can already see how much of a difference it has made. Really happy with how it's progressing. Would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of getting their tattoo removed.

This may sound odd given that laser tattoo removal is painful but it's always a pleasure to go and have a session with Sarah. She is extremely professional and knows her trade inside out. I've been to 2 different places prior to starting sessions of laser removal with Sarah and the experience has been so much better, less painful, more reassurance and a better result with a lot of consideration for my individual needs. I also feel Sarah gives an honest and researched projection of how many sessions it is likely to take to achieve the desired results. I have not had this from any other company. Much more professional than the fancy clinic I went to before, obviously knows much more about tattoo removal! Talked me through the process & can't believe the difference in treatment, no itching, no scabs, & most important hardly hurt!!! I’m just home from my first session with Sarah, I am having two tattoos removed (one on each of my wrists) and I really cannot recommend her enough. She is so warm and welcoming and her studio is beautiful and pristine. She is extremely reassuring and really helps to take the nerves away. The pain really isn’t as bad as I thought and I’m really excited to carry on this journey in Sarah’s very capable hands.

I've had quite a few sessions with Sarah now and I'm very happy with the results. The service is incredible, very professionally done, in a very friendly atmosphere. I've had a few sessions with Sarah and I have to say she is awesome makes you feel comfortable and relaxed very professional with her work I was nervous at first but nothing a lollipop and a stress ball couldn't fix but over all if you need a tattoo removing don't try home remedies and go see Sarah honestly you won't be disappointed and she doesn't over charge you very reasonable prices

When I was younger I had a crucifix tattoo on my wedding ring finger. When my wedding was booked I went into a bit of a panic as I knew I had to get rid of it before my wedding date. I did a quick search online and found The Missing Ink. After 4 sessions (including patch test) It has faded to the point where it isn't noticeable! I found the whole experience very relaxing as it is in the comfort of Sarah's own home.

I would recommend anybody who is looking for tattoo removal to go to the Missing Ink as you won't be disappointed.

I'm quite a few sessions into my treatment now and really pleased with how it's going - although Sarah seems to be even more pleased! She really seems to have a great enthusiasm for her work and she's very conscientious about getting it right in terms of what laser settings she uses and how long we leave between sessions for best results, as well as checking I'm OK as we go along and explaining what she's doing. I'm not someone who's keen on people doing things to me - I hate the hairdressers - but Sarah is very calm, professional, and friendly so I don't mind it at all. Getting a tattoo lasered is a big commitment so finding someone likeable who you trust is really important. I'd definately recommend Sarah's "The Missing Ink."

I met with Sarah last night to discuss partial tattoo removal, and also removal/fading to possibly replace with a cover up. Firstly Sarah was so welcoming into her laser clinic, she was extremely professional and easy to get on with. A medical questionnaire is filled out to ensure tattoo removal is appropriate, her studio is comfy, clean and sterile. Sarah was thorough in her explanation of the process and what expectations I should have due to some of the colours in the tattoo. She did a test patch on part of my tattoo using different wavelengths, I am amazed to see a massive reduction in the blacks in my tattoo in less than 24 hours. I have been to Sarah for 3 laser sessions so far. The results are already amazing. Her professionalism and friendliness creates a very relaxing atmosphere during each session. Sarah's office is very clean and with the use of ice packs and the option of lollies or stress balls to keep your mind off the pain you feel very at ease. Before your next appointment Sarah will send you a session reminder (which is very helpful) and I know I am able to contact Sarah if I have any questions or queries. I had a tattoo done over 14 years ago which at the time I was told would only last for 5 years, it's faded in that time but it's still there and I absolutely hate it. I tried to have it removed a few years ago but the clinic I found refused with no explanation. I then eventually found Sarah and haven't looked back. She explained everything clearly and told me her expectations of the treatment and it's all going to plan. The treatment doesn't really hurt too much just uncomfortable in patches but she makes me feel at ease and the talking we do makes me forget that I'm actually having my treatment done!

Excellent treatment from Sarah, very peaceful and comfortable office, not at all painful and if you are a bit nervous you get a stress ball and a lollipop to calm you down.
