About The Mix Room

The Mix Room Description

The Mix Room at Studio45 is a brand new studio in a fresh, new, charismatic 4 room facility home to Paolo Nutini, Amy Winehouse' and Dido's producers.

The studio is located in the heart of East London by the canal, surrounded by small niche, independent restaurants and bars, vibrant art studios and galleries.

Getting here:
5-10 minute walk from Bethnal Green Underground station.

Nearest train station is Cambridge Heath (2 min walk) with a connection from /to Liverpool St.

Off street parking and 24 hr access are also available.

Equipment:
Equipped with Pro Tools HD, Logic Pro 9 and X, API, Avalon, Universal Audio, TL Audio, Lexicon, Eventide outboard eq and preamps.

The control room tied to the big live (350 sq feet approx) can fits live bands strings ensembles, drums etc.

The facility is run by accredited producer, songwriter, mixer & engineer Andrea Lepori, who has worked with some great talent such as
Brian Tichy, Teddy Andreadis, Johnny Griparic and Joey Huffman to name but a few.

Andrea, is an experienced producer who thrives on working with artists formulating song ideas, arranging, producing, mixing, mastering and recording music.

He studied at SAE College in Milan and London in 1997 (where his music career started), began travelling around the world for work in 1999, and became an AES member in 2001.

Since then he has developed his skills and knowledge immensely building up a strong reputation, which in turns allows him to work with established artists in some of the most decorated studios, around the world.

Since starting up at the Mix Room - Studio45, Andrea has been working on projects and collaborating with:

- Matty Benbrook (Paolo Nutini's producer /co-writer | Faithless and Dido's producer)
