The latest addition to The Moat Shed family is our Coastal getaway in Harlech. This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom holiday home can sleep up to 14 people. It has beautiful views over Harlech beach and the Royal St Davids golf course and will soon be available to rent for long and short getaways. All dietary requirements can be catered for just mention when making your booking. Available from 2.30pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday and from 12 noon on Mondays

Although its not essential, we strongly recommend booking if your planing a visit to The Moat Shed. Yesterday (yes even a Thursday) we had to turn people away as we were fully booked. Sundays normally get booked up a week in advance. This Sunday is full all day with a waiting list and we have limited availability left tomorrow. � Yet another scrumptious meal this lunchtime. The roast beef was so tender and with lovely selection of vegetables. Dessert was yummy too.

Whilst planning our wedding, The Moat Shed was the first place we looked at but straight away we said yes, we knew it was perfect for us and how right our instinct was!

After having our wedding here last weekend, I cannot recommend this beautiful place enough.



The setting is so magical, even in the dark when the moat and trees are lit up.



The staff have provided us with the most warm and welcoming service. Kate has been absolutely brilliant working with us to plan such a wonderful evening. She made sure that everything was tailored perfectly for our vegan and vegetarian guests.



One of the things I heard most that night was how fabulous the food was, it was delicious and was presented so well by the friendly staff.



The truck house is home sweet home, such a cozy little nook to retreat to after a day of celebrating, with the most delicious breakfast the next morning.



Thank you for making the evening even better than we could dream for. (We're even trying to think up some excuse to have another party there in the future) �

When a group of 11 cyclist turn up for a late breakfast, you'd expect a bit of a wait for your meal. No wait, very organised, pleasant friendly service and lovely food.

We called in on our bike ride on a beautiful morning and sat in the shade on the terrace which was fabulous. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and what we had was delicious and so beautifully presented. We also purchased a gift voucher for a friends’ birthday. Can’t wait for a return trip!

We called in for breakfast during a bike ride. We were made to feel very welcome. We chose to sit on the terrace overlooking the most beautiful rural view.

The service was second to none. We were offered a jug of cold water while we waited for our English breakfast which was very good quality. One of the best we've ever had. We, unfortunately aren't local but if we are in the area again would definitely return. Fabulous!

The moat shed is a lovely little venue. Just got back from our friends wedding there and we were treated so well. My partner and I are both vegan so we usually get some gloopy old rice at weddings but not this time. The food was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up �

Set in beautiful countryside, the Moat Shed is a lovely place to sit in peace and tranquility while enjoying amazing food. I’ve been 5 times now and it just gets better everytime. All the staff are so very friendly and welcoming, I just love it! I’ve eaten something different every time I’ve gone, it all home cooked and absolutely gorgours, full of plenty of enriching flavours, I can’t express enough how lovely it is here and would highly recommend it! Having had a beautiful meal here previously, I sent my parents for breakfast on my dad's 60th birthday they said it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING they will be returning with their friends. Great food, relaxed environment and lovely people

Great cafe, very accommodating for 9 cyclist from Weaver valley CC today. Food was fantastic and service was very efficient. Defiantly be back. �

First visit to this restaurant. A bit off the beaten track but well worth the effort. Lovely setting and food to die for. A hidden gem and we will be back!

Beautiful surroundings . To sit eat and look out at such greenery was lovely. I live in Leeds friends had taken us here . We Chose two courses for £19.95 . Garlic mushrooms to start were very tasty indeed. Followed by a sunday roast Beef with Yorkshire puddings. Plenty of veg with the meal although I would suggest loose the cauliflower and boiled pototoes with a roast is a no . We had a couple of roast potatoes came with the meal....wish it had been mash too....but that might be a Yorkshire thing . Very pretty setting inside too and was full when we went at 2pm so suggest you book.

Another top notch lunch. Good food, good wine, good company. Well-paced and efficient service. Never disappointed.

Delicious chicken and great friendly service, dumplings on veggie pie very good veggies not quite as good, ran out of roast by 1-15 which could be improved on but goes they had a rush on it? Puds very good and a lovely interesting place
