Excellent food - we had paninis, which were delicious, and everything we saw other people eating looked equally great. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. Beer garden is more urban than rural (no grass), but they've done a great job with plants, flowers and water feature. Very welcome shade from the large umbrellas. Price is not cheap but reasonable - just over £20 for lunch for two of us (with soft drinks). Definitely recommend!
