Lovely pub the staff are amazing. Food is great quality. Real ale is also good

Stopped in while walking along Hadrian's Wall. I was somewhat surprised that the portion of food was quite small (especially given that every other pub I've stopped along the way had portions that were huge). I popped into the fish & chips shop on the way home for 2nd dinner.

This is a lovely pub right in the centre of Brampton. We visited here regularly on an afternoon as the boys wanted to play pool.
There were also slots and darts. The atmosphere was friendly and it had a large beer garden which is a bonus.
Although we did not eat here the menu and the meals we saw being brought out looked good and seemed good value.

Best pub in Brampton. New owners taken over in 2016. Putting on lots of entertainment and events, really working hard to make it a great bar!
