The New Cressington Holtel Blackpool

Just stayed here this weekend have done last year to but different management has took over it new decoration inside too. Will definitely be back in near future lovely staff great full English breakfast games room to highly recommended to anybody to stay here

Worse place I've ever stayed In my life! The place was disgusting! Ok so I read the reviews and thought I'd check it out for myself so got there spent nearly an hour trying to park! Walked in and thought ok so this dosent look to bad then got shown to our room! I wish I had turned around and walked out there and then! The place was dirty my son's bed had 2 mattresses on!! Ours you could feel the spring through!! And the light kept flickering on and off so we thought it's only a week I can deal with the bed!! Told them about our light which they said they would fix however they didn't! So Friday comes and we are glad to be going home! Check my bank on the Monday to find they have taken £95 of my money after numerous phone calls the money is not returned after 19 days of me phoning every day despite being told nearly everyday the money would be there within 24 hours! So avoid it all seems cheap but now wish I'd have paid extra and got some where better!!
