Good way to burn through money-quickly!

It's a handy place to wait out the rain or kill half an hour but could really do with some modernisation. The play centre in the rear ok but again getting tired. The outdoor fairground is ok for smaller children but spoilt by a few colourful staff.

I love this place friendly and helpful staff, and all your tickets can be used in lots of places, we exchanged ours for a washing machine from argos, and all the delivery etc was taken care of, 5 stars

Excellent place for kids to burn off energy , make sure you take cash because no facilities to pay by card .There is a cash machine , in the indoor fairground , but it charges £1.99.Next cash till is in Morrisons.

An okay day for kids, they will enjoy it. Rather basic facilities. Not a whole day out but okay to fill an hour.

Love the sweet shop. Reasonably priced. Good varied choice of sweets.

This place has completely changed since I was a child. It's amazing clean tidy lots for children do the staff great. The only down side is no cafe. We went for a birthday party.

A classic seaside arcade. My girlfriend loves to spend a pound or two on the penny falls every once in a while.

We love this place & have been coming here since our children could walk....came here myself as a child....my children enjoy themselves here as it caters for all ages, best play center in new Brighton & the wirral....nice staff who aren't over zealous on health & safety to the point where they follow the kids round....its overall a chilled play experience for all.....highly recommend a visit.....support your local business.

I don't want to give this place a bad rep because I personally like the place as I used to come here as a kid and loved every minute ( pre PlayStation era )
But I feel it's only right that I give my honest opinion so that for anyone that's thinking of making the trip out then they could make their own mind up based on true opinions shared on here ....So, If the Irish Sea could produce a big enough tsunami to wipe this place of the map then it would be doing New Brighton a BIG favour.
If the owners did one day have a brain wave and think about revamping the place then I do hope they keep the exterior the same for nostalgic purposes, but the inside needs some serious TLC ! Wipe your feet on the way out peeps 😷

Great big play area. Reasonable priced vending machines, good seating for parents, 2 big bouncy castles, lots of climbing and huge slide. Staff always smiling. Suggestions for improvement : Wish they had another trampoline sometimes, as they could get rid of the ice hockey game that doesnt work and the slide at the back that no one uses to place a third trampoline there. Then we'd go at peak times as my daughter goes mostly for the fantastic trampolines. Also the big slide could do with some lubricant to make you go faster. Warburtons waxed bread wrappers are great to polish a slide faster. My daughter has a go, but always stops before every bump and so gives up. Big slide has potential to be best attraction if faster. Great stuff anyway.
