The New Ramsholt Arms

Just a note to our customers, from today Monday 1st October our autumn opening times begin. We are now closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Open daily for lunch and open Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings and up to 6pm on Sundays for supper. Official opening times to follow shortly. Thank you.

First fire of the winter today at the pub. After tomorrow’s summer sun finale we will be getting cosy for winter with log fires, warming winter soups and delicious pies and stews 😊

Our pub has always been popular with walkers and it's not hard to see why! Thanks to Karen Turnbull for sharing this picture on twitter. She enjoyed a ski group walk round the Deben and topped it off with lunch at the Ramsholt. And, don't forget, we're super dog friendly, so also perfect for dog walkers!

No food this lunch time Thursday 13th Sept. Owing to essential deep cleaning works to our extraction system we will not be serving hot food this lunch time. Cold sausage rolls and pasties will be available on the bar. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Normal menu will resume this evening from 6pm. Thank you.

Come along and support a beach clean this Saturday that is being hosted by NOMAD Sea Kayaking between Shingle Street and Bawdsey. A fantastic effort by this local company to clean up our local beaches.
