New in 2015 is the NYC! Challenge yourself to feel and look the best that you possibly can. Join us every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday for a workout programme like no other.
Our classes consist of an extreme fat burning High intensity interval workout, lead by a top level personal trainer. Designed to be fun and challenging for all levels and burn calories whilst gaining muscle. Followed by advice and guidance from nutrition coaches to help you lose that fat and not just look great but feel great too!
We challenge you to come down and try one session with us. If you think it is for you…. . Why not take the “New You challenge”. 3 sessions per week along with nutritional and health advice to guarantee you will feel and look in the best shape of your life.
Every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday for Only £3 per session.
