We’re going on a Nourish city break to Copenhagen... unwinding after a busy year and sneaking in some quality time together! I’m so grateful that I get to work with my friends everyday and these girls work so hard to make things happen with me here at the cafe! Thank you Cleo Egerton, Georgina Shilingis and Maddie Pierce! 🙏 You truly are the dream team! And th...ank you to everyone who's supported this venture so far and continues to enjoy what we create! Here’s to an awesome 2019!

We have the lovely Greenheartyoga at the cafe tonight hosting a festive essential oil workshop! There’re a couple of spaces left so get in touch if you’d like to join us for a magical cosy evening! ✨ Included is mulled wine, cinnamon hot chocolate, festive treats in the form of seasonal sos rolls & mince pies, alongside a lovely essential oil perfume to take home! 💛

We’re setup at the Essex Vegan Festival with The Moral Munch today! Open till 4:30pm! Come say hi! 😍🙌🏻

Today’s new warming bowl and soup pot! 💛 We’re so happy that everyone’s loving our new comforting winter dishes! 😍 We’re also pleased to say that ALL our cookies and brownies are made with gluten free ingredients now! Please always check in with us on allergens though as we’re aware everyone’s tolerances differ and we don’t work in a gluten free or nut free zone! 🙏🏻☺️

We have a new menu in the works! 😍 Throughout the winter we’ll be serving a daily soup pot alongside our warming bowls! ☺️❄️👌🏻 Today we have a delicious curried lentil & sweet potato soup and our super comforting roasted vegetable & mash bowl! 💛

Day 2 of trialling our new menu...and we’re pretty excited about the launch of this creation! 🎉 This is our butternut squash & buckwheat risotto! 😍 It’s creamy & delicious, served on a bed of spinach and topped with caramelised beetroot! 😋 Available today to have in or takeaway! ☺️

New Menu Alert!! This week we’re trialling some new creations!! Expect our regular menu to have some alterations while we focus on getting these new winter dishes out there for you to enjoy! Today we have this veggie laksa noodle soup! We make our own paste with delicious whole spices and combine it with creamy coconut milk to create this warming hearty dish full of goodness! ☺️💛

We're super excited to announce that we'll be offering our lovingly made nut roasts for Christmas again this year and this time they're also completely gluten and soy free! 😍 Taking pre-orders now for collections from Tuesday 18th December! Meet Dylan! 🐶 He comes to visit us most weekends to enjoy the sweet scent of our Smoked Aubergine Bagel! (His human pals enjoy tucking into them!) 😋❤️ He brings all of the happy puppy vibes and definitely adds a sparkle to our Saturday! ✨💕 Hope everyone is having an amazing start to the weekend! We have the lovely Organic Alex in the kitchen, serving up some delicious Moroccan food! 😍 Check the events page for additional details - this is a BYOB night, so why not gather your nearest and dearest and start the weekend off right with some nutritious and delicious food alongside a glass of your favourite tonic! ❤️ Our large dining table is also available to book upstairs and seats up to 10 people! 😊

Hey everyone! 🙋‍♀️ Georgina and I are off on our travels tomorrow ✈️ The cafe will be open as usual with only a few small changes! 😊 We'll be closed Tuesdays for the next 2 weeks and our menu will be ever so slightly smaller (no smoothie bowls and one special a day) Super grateful to have the lovely Cleo looking after the cafe with Maddie and Mumma Moodie! What makes your heart sing?! ✨💕☺️ Every morning I’m filled with joy as I take my stroll to work via our local market to collect fresh produce! 😍🌱 I feel that connection as I fill my backpack, fill a box, support a fellow local business, give my arms a work out, create nourishing food & feed our community! And I LOVE it! I’m filled with gratitude that this is my life, our life, as we all create this conscious community together! 💛✨🙌🏻

Visited today and purchased the "blt " and a "sausage roll" and can of drink and I was so impressed! The sandwich tasted great and the roll was to die for! Im going back for more tomorrow. Tiny seating area but the food makes up for it �

This is the best food and community hub in Essex! Such an incredible vibe with beautiful people and wonderful food. Yum!

Oh my, their not sausage rolls are incredible and the cookies are to die for, I would definitely recommend as somewhere good to eat :)

Nourish prepared some wonderful sandwiches, their fantastic sausage rolls, cookies and salted caramel slices for the vegan section of a party buffet. They went down a treat by all who tried them, there was even a few left for me! Thanks for wonderful food! �X

Nourish - will do exactly that and it's worth it every time.



Expect to pay a bit more but expect to be delivered with the finest ingredients and delicious concoctions that have been lovingly prepared and not harmed any animals in the process.

Love this place. Everything tastes so fresh and full of flavour! Great prices as well which is refreshing for a vegan cafe, very reasonable. Nothing bad to say about this place... just wish it had more seating, maybe one day. Love everything I have tried here <3

I just wanted a light lunch, the sourdough bagel with cashew cream cheese and avocado was perfect. Great coffee too;

Having just spent a weekend at a yoga retreat where the girls were the chefs its was amazing, im not vegan or vegetarian, the food was so delicious and all so healthy and filling. Making me think twice! Thanks so much!!

Happened across this place by accident as purchased some artwork locally, lovely lady that runs it with excellent customer service.

Had their lovely exciting meals in a retreat catered by them and can imagine how huge success they’ll have and so deserved! Their attention to details must be noticed! It’s proper good for you kinda food, looks amazing and when you know people put effort and love in your meals, nothing can be more perfect! Good luck April and Cleo! Will visit this new site soon! ���

As I'm gluten-free I was bowled over when I saw all hot bowls and salads are GF! This meant I had choice when usually I have no or limited options. I had the miso soup which was wholesome and tasty. I'm not going to eat anywhere else in Colchester for lunch from now on
