Friendly atmosphere

Is a very good gym with great equipment. However, i find the opening times at weekends pretty useless. If you work weekends and like to use the gym after, this isn't the gym for you.

Great place everyone helpful and friendly. Good selection of equipment, classes and a lovely pool.

I came here expecting to see Noel or Liam Gallagher from the band Oasis, as I'd like to right punch either of those blokes in the mouth! Why u no have them here?!?

Great gym. Especially good for me as they do an armed forces discount membership. Definitely doesn't smell. The pool is great and always take advantage of the steam room and sauna. It is full of posers though. Getting on any freeweights is trick at peak times due to posing idiots standing in the way checking themselves out in the mirror for 2 hours at a time.
