The Manor of Wareham Court Leet visited tonight, and were suitably impressed with their inspection. They inspected our ale, bread, meat, leather, chimneys and toilets to ensure we are keeping up the standards! It was great to have them here and we look forward to next year! Great fun had by all! 🍺

User

Worth waiting for food and drink .top quality staff. If people can't be patient for there food there a a kebab shop round the corner.

User

Wonderful meal with the family last night to celebrate Pete's 70th birthday. We all really enjoyed the evening and the food.

User

We stopped by here for brunch on a Friday morning - at just gone 10 there were only a few people but by the time we left it was packed and having tasted the food I can see why. I had french brioche toast with strawberries and banana and it was amazing. We will definitely come back again, maybe next time to try the lunch or dinner menu 👍

User

We eat here regularly and I consider the food generally to be of very good quality. Yes they do get busy sometimes, not surprisingly as it is a popular spot on The Quay, especially on sunny days and holiday periods and this can cause delays in service, but the staff always go out of their way to please. I would suggest not going in when you are in a hurry, but relax and enjoy the surroundings and the company of those you are visiting with. The Sunday roast is first class👌🏻

User

Lovely food, friendly staff and good service

Nice friendly environment

User

Lovely food, comfortable atmosphere and staff who looked after you. The service was slower but this was due to the food being cooked fresh. This gave time to enjoy the wine, the company and view 🍽😊

User

Lovely food at a reasonable price. Gorgeous location and building. Definitely recommend

User

Love this place, love the views especially in the summer! Having been a previous manager in a pub I'm quite often put off by larger on tap as it tastes nasty, but I have never had a bad pint at the old granary, pint goes down so well!! We have eaten there too and I enjoy the food every time.

So glad it's local!

User

It’s always a lovely place to visit! I like the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. I had the best carrot cake and coffee there ever, on Saturday! I’d recommend trying it. We went to a wedding at Lady St Mary Church...which is nearby, and saw the bride cruise off afterwards down the river to the reception at Ridge Farm. We had a great view from the upstairs seating area....lovely weather, lovely day!

User

I was unsure about which larger to order a choice of 2. The lady behind the bar offered me a free sample of both. That had a personal touch about it. Thank you to your bar staff. But yes a lovely place to be.

User

Great pub lovely views good food very welcoming pub

User

Great food, wine choice and location. Book if you can as it gets very busy.

User

Delicious lamb shank today. I strongly recommend the Old Granary for the delicious food and drinks, friendly and efficient service and the amazing location. Go there and see for yourself.

User

Amazing service...we booked a table yesterday to celebrate our daughters birthday and her first 6 weeks at uni. However when booking the dogs got forgotten. Staff offered outside which as a sunny bright day we accepted however by the time we had 're arranged a couple of tables they had done the same inside to accommodate us. Fantastic service and so friendly. Food was great too...every thing from fish and chips to a risotto and a burger. YUM

User

Amazing location, plenty of variety for food which is also top quality, great staff, couldn’t be more helpful

User

Lovely location and has a nice atmosphere. Beer is bordering on scandalously expensive for short measures also.

Every pint ordered had to be requested to be topped up as the head was massive. Which was done to be fair.

Overall very good but pricey!

User

Ok we're from Eastbourne and I have a holiday home in wArham. This pub has been refurbished beautifully with a rooftop views over the lakes .The drinks are very pricey and the food is ok nothing to write home about .I'm sorry to say it's a shame as set in a lovley place .You don't mind paying for qwaity food home cooked but you won't get much change out of 100 for 2 havi g said this still a lovley place .

User

Lovely location. Sat outside on a very hot day, sadly with many flies etc (not the pub’s fault of course!) - a little cramped for space out there too. Food was good quality, plentiful, and reasonably priced, though drinks were expensive. Call me fussy, but I would prefer to have a proper bill and pay at the table than wait to pay at the bar. On checking the bill I found we’d been charged for two drinks that were not ours: it was resolved, but the bar staff had to call on a manager to do this, which I’m afraid smacked of “do we trust this guy when he says he didn’t have them?” and also of “do we trust our bar staff to resolve problems?”. And I’m afraid I didn’t hear the word “sorry” either! But overall we were satisfied with our visit: we had been there before, and we would go there again.

User

We waited a long time for our food (over 30 mins). I don't mind waiting but if they know it will be a while they should warn you. The chicken and wild mushroom pie had nice pastry but the filling was nothing to write home about, lots of frozen peas filling the void. The Bass was over cooked.
