stayed here as we went to lingfield race course we had a excellent 3 course meal our room was amazing lovely and clean also had a lovely full english breakfast in the morning we definately be coming again

Very welcoming staff. Food was incredible and the best night sleep! Lovely touches, including dog beer and treats for our pooch. Looking forward to coming back.

The rooms are fantastic. The food is amazing. The buffet was imaginative and plentiful.

The service was exceptional.

Cannot praise it enough. A wonderful day.

Stopped here because I needed to bring the dog to visit my missus (Cabin crew) who was flying into to an alternate in Gatwick.



What an unbelievable surprise! We only wanted a roof, food and somewhere the dog would not get looked at like an alien.



Such a cute place, spotless everywhere, great attention to detail...lovely gastro food....not the best I have had but by a million miles not the worst, plus the price reflected this, it is very reasonable (even for a northerner). The staff were unbelievably accomodating.



Favourite parts were the cast iron bath complete with champagne holders and the beer garden at night.



Well worth the £90.00 with breakfast

Stayed here last night , second visit this year , rooms are lovely and clean ,views are beautiful , staff are so helpful and nice , and the food was excellent we had the most lovely roast beef ,definitely be going back , thanks guys

Really lovely place, authentic with a little quirkiness, it was so welcoming, amazing staff & so so friendly. The food was amazing too, totally enjoyed the whole experience, well done to all the staff for making it a memorable evening �

Lovely pub with a great beer garden and fantastic food. Plenty of parking. Superb staff who offer a warm, friendly welcome. Can't fault this place.

I went to The Old House Inn for my work Christmas dinner in December and we were very impressed with the service and excellent food. The interior & atmosphere was rustic and warm and Tanya our waitress was outstanding, she was really lovely, friendly and very efficient!! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and actually.... will be returning again this Friday!!

I love the Old House Inn. Had our wedding reception and pre wedding stay here. Tanya and Steven and the team could not have looked after us better. So many thoughtful touches, Tanya's home invented wedding cake, mocktails for the morning of the day and a huge number of details just slipped in but not unnoticed! Aside from the loveliness of this I have eaten there many times. The food is always good, service too and the location is fab. X

Had dinner here on Saturday night, a large group of 12 while staying nearby for Lingfield races. The pub was really busy with s couple of other large parties in but we had an amazing meal, served by excellent staff who were very helpful especially as one of our group is coeliac. If we visit this area again will definitely go back maybe for B&B next time

Great little inn tucked away but close enough to Gatwick. Lovely rooms, wonderful staff, fabulous food, super value. This is where we will always stay before flying out of Gatwick.

Great food, fantastic service the only downside was the music a little too loud, but it was turned down when asked!!

Pricing is reasonable for the quality and presentation of the food.

Would definitely recommend a visit!!

Excellent food , great garden for the kids to roam in , everyone there so friendly and lovely. Next time I'm going to try the rooms and stay overnight and enjoy the place in the evening .

Another great night at The Old House for my mum's surprise birthday, Stephen lovely as always and helped to make it a real party! Food was great, I highly recommend this place

My wife & I have just got home from celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary at The Old House, our kids kindly treated us to dinner & an overnight stay.



Food & hospitality was absolutely faultless!! Our dinner was superb, fresh locally sourced produce that was cooked to perfection, stunning presentation & great value in our opinion.

Breakfast was included, variety of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit & juices to help yourselves to but all laid out nicely, and a cooked menu ranging from the usual full English (or vegetarian option) to eggs benedict etc. - plenty to choose from.



Accommodation was simple yet stylish. Our kids booked us a luxury room upstairs (just 6 en-suite rooms in total, 4 standard downstairs & 2 luxury upstairs that are larger). This was the only slightly disappointing element, few scrapes on the paintwork, our blind didn't work above the bed & rooms are not double glazed, they really need to be as you are directly under the Gatwick flight path & the noise kept me awake all hours. This was our only, yet quite major, feedback for the lovely owner. I'm guessing with the age of the building it could be awkward & extremely costly replacing all of these windows & might well be done next year as relatively newly taken over??



We would have given you five stars otherwise Oscar, sorry � But your staff are all a credit, especially Luke & our waitress who's name we didn't get, and of course a huge thank you to your amazing chefs!!!!



Keep up the great work, we will DEFINITELY BE BACK ����

Has a lovely afternoon here for my sons Birthday. I had roast beef which was cooked to perfection to follow bread and butter pudding all lovely the atmosphere was very friendly. Its not cheap but well worth the money also has a beautiful garden will return

Great service, wonderful food! My only complaint would be the cheese board was served from the fridge so it was too cold for my liking.
