Wow what can I say you have done the tea room to a beautiful welcoming and very friendly atmosphere and even moved our table closer to the fire because we was cold I think I've just found my new local we will most definitely be coming back very soon thank you for your amazing service xx

We saw the sign on the road for Selsey crab sandwiches and ended up buying fabric bouquets for the kids for our wedding. Fab value. Great service. Very friendly. They've got everything in there behind that plain facade.

Visited on Sunday. Had two georgeous bowls of soup. A very friendly atmosphere and a great selection in the shop and butchers. Ps thanks to the owner for the tips on NY.

Stopped on our way through for a quick cup of tea, and ended up having to try tea cakes with clotted cream and jam ūüėĀūüėĀūüėĀ

My daughter and I visited the tea room today for a plate decorating event, organised by the party and events club. It was absolutely lovely. The tea room is beautifully decorated, and so cosy. I loved the wood burner, it kept us nice and warm on this wintery day! The staff were very welcoming which created a relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino, and my Daughters doughnut was very yummy ūüėč. Thank you! We will be back very soon!

Had a lovely time looking around today with my elderly grandmother and my son. What's nice about this is that my grandmother who cannot walk far can manage from the car park to the cafe and choose some ahopping for herself on the way. The owners and staff are so accomadating! We turned up a day to early for he cafe but still allowed to sit and enjoy a pot of tea on the house. Such a lovely cafe with wood burner, clean a well set out. We will be back
