After a very disappointing start to our stay,my daughter and I was advised to check in at this wonderful b&b Lesley the owner, made our stay here so perfect, from the minute we arrived to the second we departed.The accommodation, food and the attention to detail were second to none . thank you Lesley .

Stunning scenic location yet close to necessities, warm, homely and nothing short of the best hospitality we've found at any B&B. Could not recommend any more. If in the area, also hugely recommend the Santon Bridge Gift Shop & Woodland's Tea Room just down the road.

The Old school B&B is the best place we've stayed in our travels through England. Lesley, John, Bruce, Louie, & Lucy are a fantastic team that will make your stay here a lovely experience. Lesley is a perfect host with wonderful knowledge of local places o interests, activities, sites, eateries, pubs, and business. As a runner, she provided a list of local areas to run and hike. We heartily recommend Lesley and her Old School B&B and Betty's Cottage to all visitors.
