i am Welsh in a English City but this pud really makes everyone the same great beer & food 1st Class dioh am fawr

This is a really human pub. In London, where things can be distant, the Sarge is a warm place full of lovely locals. The staff are delightful, and they remember you and your favourite drink. They really make the place. They take the time to stage events for Halloween, Christmas and many charity nights throughout the year. They have an award for being a really philanthropic bar.



The Monday night quiz is great fun and will start later in the year, when it's colder. There are serious quizzers and people, like me, who are fooling around.



The new menu is lovely, and there is a two for one special on monday night. The hotdogs really make me swoon. The sausages are unbelievable! I'm addicted. Prices are fantastic and the staff are very hands on helping you choose your meal. The chips in this place are thick cut, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and delicious. You can have chips smothered with cheese, or you can have chips with cheese and bacon. Yum.



When my mates came over from Dubai, they wanted to see a real pub. Not a shiny theme pub, but a real London pub. And the Sarge delivered.

Really love this pub. We are working in Wandsworth from the Bristol are. We always have a drink in here on the way down to the premier inn. The people are friendly and there's just a good atmosphere

Had a lovely time Saturday night in the function room for my 50th birthday meal. Food is fantastic.

Great food , great service, plenty TV's to watch sports and a log fire . Excellent all round

Great atmosphere- sport, beer, food occasional live music and great staff - dog friendly too!

Best pub in the area by far. Really friendly staff, good beers and doesn't suffer from the gastro pub duplication that prevails in London. Just a cracking pub rooted in the community. Also very dog friendly which is great.
