Dear Friends of Young’s
With the ever-changing news regarding Covid-19, we wanted to update you on the actions we are taking to support our customers and our teams. Your health and wellbeing, and that of our teams, is our top priority at all of our pubs and hotels and we wish to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to re-enforce this within these unprecedented times.

Our pubs and hotels are open and welcoming customers, whilst upholding the strictest health and hygiene measures to protect our customers and our teams. We will continue to support our local pub communities and offer a place of sanctuary if you choose to drink, dine or stay with us.
Here’s what we are doing to ensure we can protect you and our teams as much as possible:
We are monitoring the health of all of our teams closely with checks every day at every session. Any team member that presents symptoms, however mild, will be asked to self-isolate with immediate effect in line with government guidelines. As our guests, if you are not feeling well, we ask that you please postpone your visit with us until you’re feeling better.
All of our team have committed to washing their hands thoroughly and often. We ask for your help too in washing your hands thoroughly on arrival at our pubs and as often as possible during your visit.
We have increased our already extensive cleaning measures and are cleaning and sanitising all high contact points throughout the day.
In our restaurants and bars, we are removing tables to offer greater distance between our guests. Our pub gardens are also open for those wishing to drink or dine al fresco.
