Second time this year was talking to Joan about how many years we have been coming up to her B&B turns out to be 10 years always warmly welcome

Joan and Andrew are always welcoming. . And they instantly make you feel at home. The bedrooms are lovely and a great breakfast.

Stayed there during scuba diving trip. The breakfast was served when we need it in order to make it to the boat time which sometime can be very early. Rooms are nice and clean.

We had a three night stay at The Olde School House, Seahouses. The room was spotlessly clean and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast was first class in a nice atmosphere. Nothing seemed to much trouble and we will be back again. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. We would also recommend the Serenity boat trip out to the Farne islands which is run by the owner of the B&B.

A very comfortable and convenient place with plenty of space in the ground floor rooms. For those of an active bent, there's a separate clothes drying room. Breakfast was ample and excellent with good choice. The welcome was warm and the service good and friendly. Really good value. No card payment but several cash machines in the village.

Nice, complete rooms and quiet street.
